Wow just went through drive thru and ordered a 2pc. Breast meal with seasoned fries and I opened my box to 2 thighs very disappointed but after a long day of work I would of went back and also ordered a pink lemonade and the top of the lemonade wasn't fully closed I wonder what the management team train them to do. I ask teach to listen well when a customer order and also teach the team about chicken parts. Very disappointed customer
This experience was the worst. I would give them zero stars if I could. I just left from this location, and it was very unprofessional with no common courtesy at all. Both of the guys at the drive-thru asked what my order was, didn't say thank you or anything, was very unpleasant and had to ask twice for some Strawberry jelly. It's just rude. If you don't like your profession or don't want to work on any day let alone a holiday, then don't. Let someone else who wants to work, be polite, professional and courteous work. Do better.
This place doesn’t exist? When we got there it mapped us to a place that was under construction. Don’t know if maybe they’re renovating it but don’t say it’s open when it doesn’t exist.
Lived in the area went to this Bojangles for years. Shut down abruptly some time this week I pulled to the drive through and the menus were taken out and the whole place was trashed. To be fair in multiple occasions. The food was awful. It was cold. Or the order was incorrect. I’m pretty sure they got shut down due to health code violations or moved locations. I’m not sure where though.
First ever visit..the chicken on the sandwich I purchased was excellent...the sandwich overall was a little dry.
Out of chicken?! Really?! This would have been my first visit to Bojangles...but this will be my last for this location. They literally were out of chicken 2 hours ago and REFUSED TO MAKE MORE!!!awful service!!! Avoid at all costs
Here are some pictures of food provided when we drove through. I have tried to work with the restaurant for a refund for subpar quality to no avail. Last time I will ever stop at a Bojangles on my travels. The chicken still had feathers on it, and the "biscuits" were actually closer to raw dough. Additionally, the "iced tea" was warm, not even chilled just a little bit.
3 piece Dark meat combo with dirty rice cole slaw. Great fast food. Biscuits are the best
