This is the most rudest store in Rock Hill even one of the managers Tiffany who answered the phone I was trying to give my complaint to was very rude and short. Before I could ask for a District manager she just kept cutting me off. I guess I will go up the ladder and hope the upper management will come down and get things straight.
Absolutely rude woman at the drive thru window. She handed me my order, never telling me it wasn’t complete, so I drove away and immediately realized it was missing something, so I went back through the drive thru and she was rude, saying something like “you didn’t wait!” before I could even say anything. Well another woman who I think was the manager must have over heard her and came to the window. She was so nice and seemed apologetic. People like the first woman shouldn’t be working with customers until they know how to treat people.
There were only three cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. When I got up to order, the person taking the order was mumbling incoherently, and didn't understand a simple order request. As someone who works in fast food, with many years experience in drive thru windows, it was unacceptable. Not to mention the 3 employees I saw on their phones not doing anything....and people wonder why the drive thru line went so slow. Took about 20-25 minutes total.
No dine in available, only drive thru. We waited forever in the drive thru. They said they only had supreme chicken tenders then they said they were out of legs. This was around 6pm on a Friday evening. We waited at the actual window forever while the employees played around and talked about their weekend plans. When we finally got our stuff they left out all of our sauces and one of our sides. The drive thru line was out to the road when we left. The tenders we did get were dry. Very poor service.
Everytime we go to the one nearby to us they mess our order up completely. Even when it’s the most simplest thing, something is messed up or missing. I’m tired of giving my business to them and will not anymore
Wow went in this morning before church and placed my order for a Cajun chicken fileted biscuit add egg & cheese and didn't receive the egg and cheese for the price I paid very disappointed
Great food and service. Just need to cook the biscuits a little less.
This is the only Bojangles in Rock Hill that gives me my food fresh and hot each time I requested it. We Love it there.
