I come to this location to get supremes and they are so small and never get napkins and my friend have been cold and very few in the box.. this store needs better management for service... We pay a lot of money for bad quality food... This is very upsetting and I even tried calling the store back because I didn't have time to go back through the drive through or go inside..
Absolutely! Some of the best food I've ever eaten in my life. I would definitely go back but they don't have any in Florida so I guess I'll have to take a trip again back to Virginia. Great food!
Great food but what is it about the condiments that the employees are handing out? Asking for extra honey mustard is like customers are trying to pull they teeth. How you going to give 1 single square of honey mustard for a 20pc chicken strips family meal? Smh.
Service was very slow and the 3 piece chicken supreme meal was very small compared to all other locations where I get the same meal. Maybe I ordered chicken little meal by mistake.....
I went through the drive thru, I got 2 dinners,2 breast dinner with 2 sides & a large tea for my husband since he worked a 12 hour shift & I got me a 5 piece dinner with 2 sides mac & cheese & pintos with honey mustard,drive all the way home,my sides were missing & honey mustard & silverware for both dinners,called,go all the way back & get RICE & mac & honey mustard,get home finally to eat since I have been up since 5 am & have not ate yet & husbands box falls apart,hits the floor & the dogs get to eat dinner......
I always use drive thru. You get your food but the staff is rude. They hand your bag and shut the window so quick you can't ask for condiments. When you pull up to drive thru you get greeted with....WHAT YOU WANT.
The food was very good and always is we are normal customers at Bojangles and will be back thanks again
The manager on duty tonight made my night. I was missing some items out of my bag I came in and he helped me. I didn't get his name he is a bald male. He was very friendly and he has so much passion for the people he has restored my faith. That no matter what job you have you have to be passionate about we will be back.
Not the best or the worst, just bad. The biggest issue with this location is its layout. You will get stuck in the drive through wrapped all around the building. And unless you break the layout, you will get stuck in the drive through line again when trying to leave. So do yourself a favor and go to the one a few exits up.
Food was good, however they tried to make me come inside to pickup my online order. Mind you it's cold outside and I waited in the long drive-thru line for several long minutes and now when I get to the order box you want me to drive away, park, walk inside, and wait again for my order that I've already waited and paid for, no ma'am. No where on the app, website or my receipt says that I have to come inside for my online order. It says "Pick Up" which I did; I pick-up my order in the drive-thru.
