I was at Baskin Robbins, Springsteen Rd, last night about 815pm. There was a large family in front of us that took a few minutes to get their order. By the time my aunt, sister, and I ordered, and I was paying, it was 828pm. The cashier asked us to leave because they needed to clean the lobby. This was at 828pm!! She told me this as she was handing me my change!! I asked when was closing time and she said 9pm. The large family was still there eating. And they had multiple children- so I knew we would be finished by the time they were done. So we went ahead and sat down. I was shocked that I just spent over $15, and was being asked to leave. The cashier never said there were tables or anywhere to sit outside. I asked to speak to a manager and the cashier said there was not one on duty. We finished by 845 pm. The sign on the door said they close at 9pm. I’ve worked fast food. That typically means you continue to serve people until 9pm. THEN you lock the doors to clean up. A couple other people came in a few minutes behind us. And they refused to even take their order. I’m not from Rock Hill and had just arrived in town for my cousins funeral. My aunt was appalled we were being treated like this in her town! Oh… and they were out of hot fudge sauce, caramel, and oreo cookie ice cream!!
If I could have given it 0 stars, I would have. I start in drive-through, where I ask what flavors they have. Her answer was 50. After a pause, she says you can come in and look if you like. I go in and wait for someone to help me. Two girls walk back and forth in front of me, and neither one acts as if they even see me. A lady comes up a couple of mins after me, and they take her order. They then give her the order and walk off. I say excuse me. Both co tinie to act like they do not see me or hear me. Finally, I just walked off and left. This has got to be the worst establishment I have come across here. You guys can do better. Oh, and mind you, there was only one other customer and I. It was literally deserted.
Very friendly staff always in the drive thru.Unfortunately milkshakes are very watery (milk) ~~~ not thick at all anymore. I wonder if only one scoop of ice cream is used in a large shake?? I'd happily pay extra to get more ice cream. I could but 2 gallons of milk for the price of a large milkshake.

Went to just get some ice cream with my mom I'm lactose intolerant and heard there was lactose free options we got there there and they were almost out of everything there weren't any waffle cones and couldn't understand the worker at all very disorganized
