I would rate it a 0 if there was one. Cashier got my name wrong, all the employees walked around like they were at a funeral, had a hair in my food, the milk shake machine was broken and the Manager called a man that she knew out of line, give him food in front of other people and did not charge him. They really need some new management there. Would not refer anyone there.
They need to update the hours. I paid ahead of time on the app and placed my order well before close. When I arrived at 8:30pm they told me they already shut everything down and were closed for the night. They also couldn't refund me since I used their app to order online. It was all the money I had left till my paycheck clears tomorrow to feed my family.
The staff was very friendly and interactive. The young man who helped us did a great upsell on the new lemonade. When we got home my order was incorrect. I ordered red ranch and it was not included on my sandwich. Instead of a chicken breast my husband received a tiny chicken finger on one of his sandwiches and two small chicken fingers on the 2nd instead of a breast. If they were out of chicken breasts they should have told us and he would have ordered something else. On the flip side his curly fries were hot and fresh along with my crinkle fries. The new lemonade is great.
Just picked up my online order at 2:45 today. I ordered online because this place has been backed up and slow lately. I ordered two Reuben sandwiches and neither of these had sauerkraut. These are expensive sandwiches! Why couldn’t they make sure they were made correctly? I tried a number of times to call them about this, but the phone was busy. It must have been off the hook.
Worst fast food in the Rock Hill area. Three times I have ordered from this place using doordash. The first two they didn't have meat for the sandwiches and we're missing items on the order and the third time they just flat-out didn't want to make the order because they close in 45 minutes and claimed to have never received the order. Doordash confirmed that the order did go through and the charges were made. The employees just didn't want to work which apparently is a trend in that store. Go somewhere else or use the store on Cherry Road because this one sucks
Sandwich was cold and cheese was not melted. But the unsalted crinkle fries and chocolate shake was great. Customer svc was tops. Eating area was clean and fresh.
I dont usually rate fast food, but this place was excellent. I even left a good review after scanning my recipt from the visit. The drive thru attendant actually cared about getting me though quickly and my order was right.
$10 wrap that’s just the wrap not the combo and this is how big a piece of chicken I get on 1/2 of cut
I dont usually eat at Arbys and dont care for it a whole lot cause im not a big roast beef fan but parents sent me there the other night to get food for us and i was impressed. Got cheese sticks and the brosket thing and it was great. Staff was very pleasent and food was good and hot. Took a bit of a wait but worth it. I jokingly asked if they had some fries and cheesesticks i could eat on while i wait and they quickly amd gladly hooked me up. Def changed my mindset from past experiences with Arbys and will go here again.
Good food, bathrooms need attention; broken toilet seat, no toilet paper, and floors stuck to your soles. Counter person informed, 15 minutes later nothing had been done.
