Didn't stay long. Wasn't busy for a Sunday so walked in and had to wait. Looked like maybe the manager and another waitress or two. Wife and kids ordered and our food was good but wasn't checked on when the waitress passed by a few times just to see if everything was good or drink refills (although I think once) but didn't say anything to us until my wife said when I went to the bathroom or could've been on our way out and she's at the bar and we're sitting near the bar! Even if you're busy and you're quickly walking by, ask if everything's ok. The manager he was nice though. Didn't have what my daughter wanted on the menu but still what we got was good although got child easy maybe from the AC not sure.
Waited over 2 hours for our food. Got told multiple times “30-45 minute wait” finally got to order and waited over an hour. Kept saying “about 20 minutes” until our food was supposed to be out. After we finally decided to request our order to have it to go, they didn’t bring the correct amount of change back, and we waited over 20 minutes after change was brought back. Staff was nice though.
Came here a couple weeks ago for a craving for the Applebee's special involving purchase of burger and free boneless wings. I kept hearing in the commercials and just had to go and get it.The food and the service was great! Definitely was what I needed!
Nice restaurant but ? We had to wait for someone to seat us for a long time when there were not many people at all there waiting or eating, but after we were seated and Waited on the food was really good. Ordered the appetizers and chicken strip. over all liked the place. Besides the not being seated or greeted well
The manager Greg was great. He was on the floor helping the staff they were short staffed due to snowy weather. I got the pleasure of speaking with Greg and he talked about how much he loved his staff and customers. He mentioned sleeping over at the restaurant because he closed then had to reopen and was concerned about weather so he slept on a bench. That is true dedication right there. I had the ribs which were finger licking good. My husband and MIL did steak and shrimp. She's not a big eater but cleaned her plate. We traveled from Monroe, NC to get there and it was well worth the ride. I can't wait to go back. Thank you Greg and his great staff.
Pretty good not to bad. The service was a little inconsistent slow.
Ordered a medium rare steak and it is beyond well done. Also an Asian salad and no dressing was provided. Very disappointed and likely to never order again. I mean who can’t cook a medium rare steak. Steak was absolute cardboard, disgusting. I suggest to anyone find another place to eat in Rock Hill if you want a steak.
The service was awful we had to ask for everything from the silverware to drinks. Everything i wanted they were out of, when i ordered my salad i told her no tomatoes but when she brought the salad to me it was loaded with tomatoes. The chicken alfredo tasted like it was cooked earlier in the day and lefted out and reheated when we ordered it. The service and food was awful!
Planned on eating lunch after a movie. Arrived at 2:30. There were 4 parties seated and eating. We were ignored for 15 minutes and waited another 10 minutes then walked out. There werr 2 servers for 4 parties. 2 parties of 2.1 party of 3 and 1 party of 4. All served and eating. They weren't busy or short staffed. Very disappointing.
I did curbside pickup qnd the service was good but the quality of food was not up to par. I tried the hot cheetos chicken and qll the seasoning was at the bottom of the plate and literally had to scoop it on to the chicken was highly disappointed.ribs also was a little off.
