Never been to an American Deli, tried it because other restaurants in area (looking at you Jack) had no dining room open.Sandwich was quick, made to order, Counterman opened my box to show me my order and confirm it was right. I saw him do this with other orders too.Reuben was tasty, good bread, lots of beef and kraut.
I called in my order over the phone and the guy told me 10 minutes. I arrived and my food wasn’t ready so after 25 minutes of waiting and watching people that ordered after me get their food, I asked the woman why my order was taking so long and she barely apologized and said he was making it right now. So what was the point of calling in? Exactly. Terrible customer service skills, I will not be retuning to this location and I advise other people to do the same. I will gladly take my money elsewhere where it is appreciated.

Overall very good experience. And they are very thoughtful of how they prepare call in orders especially. Making sure that the wings and fries hot and fresh. For this type of service, i do not mind waiting couple more minutes making sure what im paying stays fresh as long as it could. Staff were friendly and the restaurant itself, the interior, very very pretty and nice to look at. Definitely will be returning more frequently in the near future and very excited.

Literally ordered at 6:14pm they said 10 mins it will be ready. It’s 6:54 order still is not ready. This is my second time ordering, the first time the fried rice was so old it had to be some type of health hazard. The chicken was good so I gave it another try, low and behold horrible customer service..never coming back to this location. All they say is we will let the manager know… NO GET NEW MANAGER OR SOMETHING, MANAGER DOESNT CARE. Thank you
Soooo disappointed. Have been eating at the Cherry rd location every Friday for over a year. Found out there was one on Heckle that was closer, so figured it would be equal in quality... boy was i wrong. I ordered 2 sets of 10 wings only, extra crispy, one wet lemon pepper, one dry. I literally watched the man at the counter sprinkle lemon pepper on the plain wings before he gave them to me. Both sets had multiple wings that were so hard and dried out I couldn't bite. What a waste of $23. Will Never go back to that location. My extra crispy wings from cherry rd come with seasoning Stuck to them, and perfectly crispy, each and every time. Also no honey hot :( all bad.

It's sad how they respond to your complaints by we will let the store manager know about this but it still happening another sad part about it is all locations are this I was I tried calling the cherry road location no one picked up got to the store everyone just standing around and don't get me started on the heckle location over all if you look at where there putting there stores at you'll see why there the way they are now I can't wait to see there response to my text and I'm not like anyone else thinking you can say what ever or shall I say a computer generated response ? ? sad
When I called to place a pickup order they answered phone didn't respond & left the phone off the hook.
