My daughter and I went there Saturday 3/5/22,We went inside and placed 2 shrimp veggie dinners.Then we asked for duck sauce and was told No.We were Luke huh. Then he went over and gave us some. Weird right??♀️. We noticed this one lady, kept coming back inside, bc they had left something out.We got all the way home, we stay at least 20+ minutes from this place. My daughter immediately said this isn’t good. I tasted mine and the shrimp was HARD, and some of my rice was hard as well, a very SMALL AMOUNT OF VEGIES and at this point I wasn’t happy. I immediately called and told the guy that answered, what was happening, he was super quiet for about 20 seconds and immediately started speaking another language. I assume that he was relaying the message to the someone else. He then said “speak very little ENGLISH”….I said that “ I will try to work with this food.After realizing that this was a big NO for me, I put it in the fridge and Called them on Monday.I got the same run around. I asked to speak with the kitchen Manager.Someone came to the phone and say “hello”.I asked who is this, he said Romero.I asked him, are you the kitchen manager and he said yes.Clearly he was understanding everything I was saying.I repeated everything and I asked him did he have a different cook on Saturday night around that time,He never answered that question. I’ve ordered b4 and it the shrimp was perfect.I asked him what was I to do, he asked my ticket number, I gave it to him, then he started speaking another language, I could hear multiple people speaking the same language. Then all of a sudden, He hangs up the phone.I called back and asked for Romero, he said this is Romero, at this point, I want to give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe we got disconnected.I told him who I was and that we were just talking about my food, he said yes.??♀️I asked him politely, what happened and did he hang up on me? He said… Speak very little English!I can’t even deal with this kind of NON SENSE.Done with this restaurant!!!
I called in at 6:01pm and ordered a 15pc wing meal and 10pc wing only. I arrived at 6:38pm and still had to wait 15 more mins. I asked for my wings to be fried hard and they were not. I was charged for a large plate of fries that I did not order and the cashier said “You should have checked your receipt!” even though I was checking my receipt right in front of him… which is why I was showing him. He then said he can’t give me a refund of the fries. I think the staff could benefit from some customer service training.
My kids love it . But some times they are close on days that it’s day is open.
I got the 3pc piece whiting & wing combo. It was really great. The wing flavor I had was medium. They were fried perfect. Will eat here again.
Food was definitely hot and fresh but a bit pricey for what you receive
Today 1/11/ 2022, pick up in Rock Hill SC at American Deli my call in order, when calling in your order will be given to you by your number order on your ticket not by your name employee that take's your order will give you your pick up number over the phone, average place to order food.

Service was very good people are friendly that's why they got the three stars. Food was just ok. The wings were so tiny one small bite and gone. Definately not worth $10. Rice dish is ok. Plenty of rice, barely any vegetables and the beef in it is cut up cheap steakumms
I visited the Rock Hill store Saturday night and the food was horrible...My Philly steak sandwich was very soggy like wet on the bottom, My wings was very hard and barley covered with sauce, and my chicken fried rice was hard as if the rice was plastic. I was very disappointed because I had ate there before and the food was good. I will not be going back anytime soon.
