Terrible overall experience from beginning to end. Started off with cold and hard food that i thought tasted stale. Only saw the server 2 times the whole time i was there and had to get the manager to get a refill. Found some hair in my food and on my cup as no one i saw had a hair net on to prevent hair from my food and drink. Rude and disrespectful server and manager and i dont trhink its a place ill be visiting again. I believe if there is disrespect then there will be no tip on the check ??‍♂️. Save your money and eat somewhere better and make sure to like my post.Ps. Every single thing i ate in there came back out ?

I was very upset when I saw what they have on the counter. There was none of what I saw on their website. They have beautiful pictures, but in fact there is nothing inside of what I would like and what I saw. They didn't have sushi or sushi. All sushi were without fish. The air conditioner worked very badly, I came out all wet. It was my first and last time that I went to them.

We went to Amber's Buffet today and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The food was cold and hard, the waitress was rude and the manager was rude and dismissive. The manager was even rude and hateful with us as we were leaving. I will never go there again and will tell everyone that I can about this horrible place.

It has a star because I can't post without one, however the 'business' deserves none. We went for a family lunch this past weekend. The food was disgusting, cold, hard, nothing tasted fresh, not even the hibachi that they make in front of you. The ingredients did not look or taste fresh and the adults in our party did not eat their meals. The kids picked about. The lemonade I ordered tasted like pink water with a slight hint of lemon. When I asked the waitress to take it away, she was unhappy. And as the time progressed she became ruder. Her name was Lily. She had a bad attitude. She didn't seem to appreciate her job or her customers. Mind you there were like 3 groups in when we arrived. Not busy at all. The manager was also rude when we asked for corrections to the bill. He argued with my mother about us being regular customers when none of us even live in town. He claimed they didn't comp unless you complained beforehand. It was just a horrible experience and I am not sure how this place is still operating. ? I paid for a meal I didn't eat and had to fight for the lemonade to be taken off because they didn't understand math.

I went to Amber Buffet & Hibachi today on 3/30 and all of the food was cold. After my second attempt at the buffet to find fresh food, i let manager know about the cold food and requested some fresh food come out. He stated that since I was the only person that complained the food was fine. I told him he could touch the food on my plate to see that it was cold but he refused and instead went to touch the pan warmers to say they were warm. I repeated to him that the actual food was cold, of course the pan warmers are warm. He then told me to dig to the bottom of the pan, let him go warm up my plate or just go to the hibachi grill (where the food looked terrible to be honest). He then said since I tried the food on my first plate I must pay. Even though I told him that I tried each piece of food and did not eat the plate since everything I tried was cold. It should have been a simple request to bring out some more freshly cooked food. I ultimately just paid and left. Terrible experience and I won't be back. I do not recommend at all.

Food quality was ok. It seems to have changed since last I visited. Customer service was nice. Very clean. Sushi was good but utensils were covered in avocado (at sushi area) so I had to use chopsticks ... per my usual. (I'm allergic) Not bad for $15... the pepper chicken tasted like old/spoiled meat... but other than that it was all delicious nothing grand but good. Worth coming back to check out again this time. It's been too long!

Staff was rude to a 2 yr old child took food from the kid and threw it in the trash. They were upset that the mom was feeding the child from her plate instead of purchasing a plate for the child which the mom had no problem doing so. But besides the point who charges a 2 yr old to eat anyway? Most restaurants are free under a certain age but again this was not about the price it was about being rude and taking food throwing it away just because the mom shared with the baby. I will never ever Eat there Ever! Besides didn't they get a bad grade a few years back??

A very nice Asian cuisine buffet, there are many dishes to choose from, and the service was surprisingly good. The manager (her name was Candy, if my memory serves me right) was very kind to the children. The dishes? Well, above average at least. The taste was very good on most of the products (the iced tea was not, it really needs a change). There is a mini river inside, and many fishes swimming. The place was clean, including the bathroom (a major plus). The prices was not really cheap, and some things could improve given the fare, but hey, in the end you can have a nice meal with your family and friends. That's a winner for me every time!

I went here tonight and I admit my mistake. This place is horrible, their charging $15 per person, the food was luke warm at best not to mention the sour like taste to the lo mein, the dumplings were aweful. The eggrolls were hard and old tasting, the chicken for the sweet and sour was gamey, the chicken on a stick look dried up and even the fried chicken was overcooked and too hard to eat!I only saw a couple people in there and it seemed like they were new-ish to the place too. It doesnt even deserve the one star rating requirement to leave this review but this place charged me $30 for something i wouldnt feed anyone, I mean how are they open? I will never go here again and even advised those walking in to save their money. This place overcharges for disgusting food.

Reasonable buffet; some oriental food with some American selections and cooked well. Staff is professional and efficient and overall, location is maintained reasonably well with a nice water feature. It does need some touching up
