Ordered over the phone. Was told 10 minutes for pick up. Food was ready on time and hot. There was slight confusion on the order when it was placed and the manager immediately fixed it and went above and beyond in doing so.Everyone was friendly and the front of house was cleanChicken tenders were very good. Fries were awesome with a great seasoning.
Nasty!!We were going to eat at a more known and cleaner chicken establishment that is not open on Sundays but the line was around the corner...So we chose this Zaxby's Yuck!!!Almost every single one of the selections except the diet selections on the drink machine where unavailable. The floor was filthy and upon further inspection found blood spatters from the door to the counter oh that is yummy for sure. The tables were filthy the food was horrible and I left feeling like I needed to take a shower or use a decon kit.28 later for a party of three of us I am left wondering when the explosive diarrhea or horrendous food poisoning will start. This place is absolutely disgusting.
Great food choices. Great Salads. Decent parking space. Management seems to do the best they can to make sure the customer gets good food/service. Most the time folks are friendly at the register. It is one of the better fast food options at this exit. I eat there about once a week.
Does fast food mean poor service and lack of attention? This is what I got after ordering a Cajun chicken club combo for $9.30. ??? Really?? Such a disappointment. Not even grilled…

Just okay. The place was dirty, and the staff seemed overworked. The food was hot and we got what we ordered, but just not a great experience due to a long wait and lacking details like napkins, drink lids, tea or sweet tea, paper towels in bathrooms, and overflowing trash.
Good food. Guy handing out orders was kinda rude. We ordered 2 additional sauces and when we opened the bag there were none. Also had another order mixup and he wasn’t very pleasant trying to fix that either. Everything else was standard.
Their were young men working well suppose to be working, they were talking cutting up. One young man even had earbuds in his ear and it took 35 minutes before we got our food. Not because they were busy ,it's because they was not doing there job. The bathroom was nasty that was the worst zaxby's I have ever been to. Do not recommend that u go there. Just horrible!!!
gave it 5 stars bc, busy place, demanding customers, stood back and watched, all the employees were patient, and sweet even with the lady who coukdnot stop complaining about her on line order pick up..
