Never again. Stopped here to pickup lunch after being out with the kids. A quick check of the order in the busy line and everything appeared okay. We got home and noticed 2 of the kid's meals were missing their cookies and I didn't have the dressing for my salad. They asked which dressing I wanted but didn't put it in the bag. My husband went back to get my dressing and they had the audacity to charge him for it. So done with this place. And on top of that, they were rude.
Everytime I come here there's always something wrong. Cold fries, no seasoning, long wait in the drive through, long wait in the drive just to be pulled forward to a parking spot for another 20 minute wait, food tasting toxic like someone dropped plastic in the fryer, being charged for 2 ounce souffle cups of sauce with only 0.2 ounce in it. Today I waited in the drive thru, told to hold ( I waited for 10 minutes), then told the fryers were not working after waiting all that time. Why wasn't I told this from the beginning???? This place is a waste of time.
Boneless wings always dry like they’ve been sitting out with the sauce already on them. Fries NEVER have seasoning at all. I even asked someone does Zaxby’s still do seasoned fries because of this. This is not an isolated incident. It happens every time I patronize this location.
Horrible! The food taste like everything is being cooked together in the same grease that gives off a nasty taste as if it wasn't changed for days... Zaxbys must have went under new management in Orangeburg because the franchise has went down the drain in the quality of food and service.

Salad did not live up to many previous visits...salad tasted like package salad and had very skimpy amount of fried chicken... Comparing to previous visits...also no toast...had Cobb salad to go.....
Constant bad service from Orangeburg fast food places. This place is no different. If you can keep going past orangeburg while on your drive just do it.

ChArged me 80 cent to go large- for a large sweet tea and make it a large French fry,… I had a total of 12 French fries.. 12 . and they were out of tea ..If I hadn’t payed the extra 80cent Looks like I wouldn’t had any fries at all.
Hey so today’s Veterans Day and so I went to Zaxby’s on north road to claim the meal they give us vets as I was told and verified online upon arriving there I realized I left my wallet at my job site due to the manner of how we have to scan out via id. With just 30 mins allowed I kindly asked a employee if I could use a picture of me several I had on my phone alone with a pic of my dd214 and pointed out my USMC tat on my left arm forarm area she said she would ask manager mr willie. As I saw the conversation going do I saw he said no I politely said sir I don’t believe I would have a tat or fake dd214 on phone just to get a free sandwich not to mention next door where I work Applebee’s given a free meal steak and such that I just personally didn’t want to have that heavy of a meal. He said no I could lie and he need if card. I don’t know ?♂️ I guess rules are rules just the manner of how he handled it by yelling this to me from the kitchen and not given any consideration of the matter. Just not tactful but hey it’s orangeburg and I’m sure he’ll say they was busy and didn’t have time to discuss matter. Just disrespectful to a vet and not hearing me out
