This is the worst waffle I've ever been to. The floor was disgusting, sticky with debris everywhere. The grill area was gross too with food everywhere. Service was AWEFUL. Our waitress barely said anything to use and just handed us our food and walked away. Had to call her back to ask for jelly and Tabasco, then had to wait another 5 min for our sausage. Long hair with no hair nets. I didn't even eat I was so grossed out
Terrible customer service. My mom and myself thought that getting a T-Bone over the ribey would be a better choice as far as quality was concerned. We were sadly mistaken. I believe it was a good cut of meat other than it being super thin. But then the cook threw both steaks on the grill for maybe 3 minutes, flipped them and put them in the trays. We asked for medium rare and received completely rare. The steaks were both gray in color on both sides and bloody red on the insides. we took them home and had to recook them. Then ontop of paying a pretty penny for our meals, the bag was so full that one of the grits containers fell out of the bag and rolled under the truck. I went back in and got another and an extra bag for the overflowing bag. Ridiculous. And no we didn't take back our tip. But will not return.
the food was pretty good service was very great.
They will not answer the phone on night shift if you headed to work early mornings and want breakfast prepared before you go in thus is not the place. And they will walk past the phone as it rings whiles you are sitting in there. They need to be trained again. However the cooks are amazing.
I walked in to eat and was greeted at the door. She said we are only taking to go orders right now, we are cleaning for the next shift coming in. I asked if this was a 24 hrs waffle house? She said yes. Sounds like this crew didn't want to do their job and their customer service is non existent. Don't think I will come back to this waffle house.
Walked in to find out they had no cooks available to cook. Ok then. Makes complete sense to have a Waffle House open without a cook in it. ?
So delicious and live kitchen , friendly environment and hard working people.
Yay was wonderful tonight. Food came out perfect and delicious. Can't wait to stop at this waffle house the next time I am passing through.
Customer service is Horrible, no greeting when I entered, they made eye contact then just looked away , Hell even washed dishes directly in front of me . Finally I had to ask if I was sitting in the wrong section just to get attention & Service . They only had 5 active tables in the place . 15mins is to long to wait to even be acknowledged. 2/6/2022 Time 1330
Marcey and Quetta are Awesome.Fun, Friendly, and very Clean. I drive 20 miles from home to eat to THIS waffle house and there's a waffle house less than 3 miles from my house.
