Waited 20 mins to place a to go order, at 11:30pm and after waitress took order in front of us, she walked away. After 20 mins of us staring at them and no eye contact, we had to get back in service since we were working and this was our only chance at food for the night. As soon as we walked out, they took the order of the people who just walked in as we were walking out. Just to note, we were the only white people in there and the only ones to not get served. Never seen such horrible attitudes in all my life.
They completely gutted the interior and rebuilt it so basically it is a new structure. When they reopened the restaurant they were well staffed. Staffing is difficult on this exit so it is a roll of the dice at any restaurant on this exit as to it being fully staffed. When low staffed they cut off half the restaurant and you have to sit and wait for a table to come open. Went there two times ago and was sitting and waiting and they seated a walk in. I think they were just confused though. Last time I went there they did great and the waitress was wonderful. I just look at the crowding and staffing at any of these restaurants on this exit and go to one of my other favorites to eat if they appear overcrowded.
Sat for 20min(while on a lunch break) and not one server looked my way. Older Caucasian male comes in and sits right in front of me and the server goes to him to serve him and he says he has one more guess on the way. Missed out on a good tip!
Stopped in for breakfast. This place is an unorganized mess! Waited for several mins for them to clean off multiple dirty but empty tables… Then was told they were doing to go orders only. Plenty of staff including one waitress walking around with a slim jim hanging outta her mouth while taking orders…
Service is the worst here. So go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food was great as always, particularly the hash browns! My waitress, April, was wonderful! Very sweet lady.
We stopped in tonight for supper, service was terrible, good was cold, coffee was great, my orange juice was delicious. We won't stop at this Waffle House again.
Just got off of a 12 hour shift and wanted a good. Was immediately told that the establishment is close, when they are suppose to be 24hours. Employees were just standing around on their phones.
The service was bad they drinks tasted old would not recomend
