Something has changed here in the last two months. This store has gone from one with fast, accurate service to one where no one seems to know what they are doing. Today's (1pm Friday) simple order took 22 minutes from when I ordered to when the food was presented. The workers in the kitchen moved in slow motion and the drive-thru was backed up around the building. If I were the owner, I would question my investment. Avoid this store unless you have plenty of time on your hands.
Came through at 1230 am on my way home when they have confirmed their hours as open til 1. Tried calling to make sure they were open before I got there. When I pulled in I saw them duck out of the window. Sat at the speaker for a few minutes and then left. Could see them standing inside. Won't try again.
If I could give this location zero stars or negative Stars I would. While at this Taco Bell today with my coworker. My coworker was attacked by the Taco Bell worker. He was punched in the throat and nothing was done Orangeburg county sheriff's department did absolutely nothing but take a statement. The employee that punched my coworker in a throat should be fired and he should be in jail. His actions were not called for and there was no reason for them.
I liked my visit there. they greeted me, took my order, and was professional in a kind manner.
A 4 star only cause they were out of lettuce tomatoes and mountain dew. But food was still very good and hot.
Stopped here late at night. The gentleman at the counter was really friendly. The food had a couple mistakes but was made deliciously. We definitely would stop at this one again. Very easy to get to right off of the exit as well.

Absolute best experience I've EVER had at a Taco Bell, and I've been to Taco Bell's in over a dozen states. Drive thru lady, Preference B, was courteous, accurate, and efficient. She double checked our bag to make sure everything was correct. The food was fresh and hot. Have you ever had every single item be fresh and hot at TB? This location definitely gets 5 stars from me. The food was good, but there was barely any meat on my Chalupa.
If you do the drive thru, be wary. I asked for sweet tea, they have none. BUT they have unsweetened tea. Then I ask if I can build my own cravings box. The drive thru said you want a cravings box and a crunch wrap? I then repeated my question about a box 3 more times to then be told that I have to order thru the app! Next time I'm going to the other taco bell in town, as they at least give hoot
