On May 5, 2022 I placed an online order at the Orangeburg, SC location on John C. Calhoun & Magnolia Streets. I didn't receive my food. I requested a refund at the store and was given an override receipt and told it would go back on my card. It has not. I have filed complaints on line and called corporate office and as of today, June 15th, 2022, I have not received my money back or a response from corporate office! If that is the way Taco Bell does business, it''s unacceptable!! Today the service was horrible. I ordered inside. I first walked to the kiosk then the drive thru person came and told me to come to the front. The store's drive thru was packed but they were taking forever to take orders. The manager started yelling from the back but people continued to wait to have their orders taken. Long story short, they were unorganized.
Left me fighting for my life in the bathroom. Loved it. 10/10
Used the drive through one evening last week. Ordered the "Party Box" that has a dozen Tacos for $18.52 with tax. I didn't think that was a bad price for 12 tacos. They taste good & make for a quick supper. I rated my experience there only 3 stars because of the parking lot. There are 3 very big pot holes in the parking lot there that you have to try & go around. Some you can't steer away from to get where you need to go. I asked the young lady at the pick up window about them but she didn't have much to say about the issue. It doesn't seem to be slowing down their business though. They really need to fix those holes. I hope they are working on it.
Cashier acted like she didnt want to be there, my bf ordered 2 bean and rice burritos and took one back but should have took Both back. Mine was completely not edible as it was covered in the spicey sauce put in it and the other was nothing but sauce really. We always have issues at this taco bell and wont be returning either.
Used the drive thru & order $25 in food at about 12am (latenight) on Thursday. It wasn't busy, so service was quick.
Avoid this place like the plague. It DOES NOT take a whole lunch break the make 4 tacos. I get you were understaffed but YOU WERE NOT swamped... I'd also like to add I waited my whole lunch break on one item of the 4 that was ordered.
the cashier was helpful and nice. the food was the way I asked and in a timely manner.
