Always clean, Always polite, Always great food
I give them 1 star...I had to wait 30 minutes for my order which I had ordered online ahead of time...when I got home my sandwiches were wrong it had condiments that I hadn't order and condiments that I ordered weren't on them...I will never go to this subway again
Food was just like any other subway. But customer service was lacking. They spent more time talking with each other socializing than helping the customer. Customers behind me and I had to call out for them to pay attention to us and start our orders.
Employee did not greet nor wash her hands before trying to serve me. I walk out. Please do better. I will not spend anymore money at this Subway.

Unless you really need a sub skip this one. While traveling, we visited this location only to get bad attitudes and unclear directions. What I mean is that they have a drivethrough that is misleading. It purports itself as being open and functional. In fact it's not. We got in the line to be completely ignored by not 1 but 2 cashiers. We got out and asked if the drive-through was in fact open and were told it was. Strange as they took no orders at that window. They also sent no food through it. Placed an order and it took 30 minutes for it to be completely botched by the same young lady with the attitude. The only pleasant thing I can say about the experience is that they carry pibb Xtra and that's my favorite drink.
Rude employee taking orders. Wasn't greeted at all, felt rushed.. then after I placed my order, my husband was getting ready to order, but she skipped him and started talking to the customer after him and started making her foot. I didn't say anything until she was done with the customer... But no apology, nothing. I understand if you hate your job, but don't take it out on the customers.
Supposed to get a sandwich and can’t make it because the stuff is frozen! I guess the microwave is broke. What is wrong with fast food now? Horrible customer service almost everywhere you go.
