Very rude workers, I just went there today 08 August 2021 at 8:17 p.m. and they told me they were close. I asked why because we looked in Google and they were open till 9 p.m. they replied back saying we are close. I took a picture of the sign by the door and say they close at 10 p.m. and they turned the lights off after that, we went to Zaxby's and came back and the sign was back on and doors still open. Never go to this store. Customer service is horrible.

People were very rude and gave me hard old bread.
About two weeks ago, me And my husband went to get something to eat. First the young ladies didn’t even address us at all. When we finally did order our food one of the sauces that I want they were out of it. She asked one of the other young ladies about going to get some more. she looked at her and was like I’m not going nowhere. Also the bread wasn’t even cooked completely was very flat. I patronize this establishment a lot and I’m really thinking about going to another one because I’m big on customer service.

Horrible service. Ordered 4 subs. All 4 were wrong. The manager did nothing to try to help other than tell me to keep the subs until whenever I could come back and they would replace them after he showed them to his coworkers.
