Young lady at the window was frustrated and it showed. 1st time receiving bad customer service from there. 8/14/22

Yesterday they had four people working on a Saturday morning. Felt bad for those busting their humps working so hard w a perpetual line inside and out. Came in today and there are 7 peeps working and they couldn’t get our order right. ?‍♀️ Waited 20 minutes for the last item of our order. Utter chaos. Flies buzzing around. Where is the store owner?

Ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with sweet cream, they forgot the brown sugar, the cinnamon, and the oat milk, for some reason they added caramel drizzle, which I do not like the flavor of. Lots of employees walking about, one girl had no had and let someone with sandles and no uniform to the back room, they were loudly singing and laughing but it took 7 minutes to get taken care of at the register and only 1 person in front of me-- she ended up leaving because the person at the register couldn't figure out how to ring up her iced coffee refill.Definitely not the Starbucks Experience!

Came here at about 8:15/8:30 tonight and my experience wasn’t bad like previous reviewers. I went through drive though and while that took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, despite there being no line, the staff was friendly and my drink tasted great! Their intercom system seemed to be messing up a little bit though so that might’ve had something to do with the delayed responses!

Terrible experience - the overpriced frapacccino that I ordered was undrinkable. It was mostly ice, coffee in such a small quantity that it was like drinking the melt water of an iced coffee. Others in my party did not have as bad an experience, so I will guess that they only botched my drink. However, as a Starbucks regular, I can tell you this is a low quality location.

Stopped in for a quick latte. Drink was messy with syrup dripping from the cup. It was average service. Baristas looked to busy to acknowledge waiting customers.

I rarely write poor reviews…BUT this Starbucks was dirty, low on supplies, staff was in no hurry, the order took forever and most of the staff was rude. And my order is wrong but I’m now 5 miles down the road.

I usually have an okay experience at this Starbucks. However, the last two times I’ve visited have told me to stay away. I visited this location on both 4/8/22 and 4/10/22 and feel I should definitely keep my money. Both days I ordered ahead. On 4/8, I walked in and didn’t even get as much as a hello, yes they were closing in 15 minutes but at least I did order ahead. On 4/10, I ordered ahead again and selected drive-through. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:45 and got there 12:55 just to give it enough time. Didn’t get my order until 1:10 which I don’t mind the wait, they were busy. BUT when I told the cashier about the drive through method, she kept rudely cutting me off. Then when my order finally comes from the drive through window (like I told them before), my drink was melted and sandwich was cold. Not to mention, they didn’t even say the name on the order but knew I would be waiting on it. I’m very easy going and understand things get busy. Ive worked in hospitality and know what it’s like. Thanks but no thanks! Best wishes to this location.

Just stopped to order a few drinks while traveling home from vacation at the Orangeburg, South Carolina Starbucks. There were so many people inside waiting for their orders. After a half hour of waiting for my order I checked the status and found out that after a half hour of waiting it still hadn’t been put into the system. There were people that had ordered before I had even came in that were still waiting 40 minutes later. This is a terrible Starbucks and obviously wasn’t equipped to take on that many orders. I will never stop there again!!

Listen, the coffee was good. Exactly what I ordered and mixed well. However, the interior was very nasty. Trash on the tables, floor was gross, and it was unorganized. The baristas did a good job but the customer service was 1/10.
