It was extremely hot where they sat us we asked to be moved but the waitress said there were no other seats. But there was only my family of 7 and two other family's there. Our waitress never came back to give us refills because she said it was to hot where we were sitting. Then she stood at another table talking to other customers, but never checked on us. Another thing is that I had my father with us whom is on oxygen. He was pouring sweat. I will never come back to this location ever again. My husband even asked the waitress for a refill she just cought an attitude with him, because it was hot where she put us. She never brought the refill. This was the Worse customer service that I have ever had. I would not and will not ever recommend this place to anyone. I also did not get a copy of my receipt after asking several times. Wish there was a phone number where I could contact the owner or even the CEO of this restaurant.
Did not get my full order and was overcharged. My meal came with 2 sides but was charged extra for each side. I ordered a loaded baked potato and they did not tell me they were out of sour cream or bacon. I did not get the ice tea I ordered either.

took my mom for take outthey guys went above and beyond to help my mom who uses a Walker and is super slow now days. treated her like a queen. held the door and everything. tall guy with dreads 10+ service. all 10s. but they was out of mac n cheese and it looked home cooked. not velveeta but like real cheese. great spot.
Sunday buffet was really good, my family said the drinks were too sweet but baby it was PERFECT to me?. Overall my family of 6 enjoyed everything, we laughed so hard at ourselves bc we were so stuffed. The bill was a bit high for Shoneys, but I guess everything is higher these days. The staff did really well, we appreciate it❤️

Shoney's wasn't bad this time and the food wasn't completely nasty. I think Shoney' need to add more food to the buffet line up cause the food selection was limited. I think they could add some steak different varieties. Some veal and seafood.
The food was good only thing I didn't care for is the person that's working in the kitchen is cleaning up the bathroom they need a special person to clean bathroom you can't clean bathroom and work in the kitchen over food
Had a great time ,good food and great service from Wendy, u should give her a raise. Definitely coming back
