Great food and cocktails...
Overall the food was amazing but if it wasn’t for Jessica i would had left since no one wanted to service me beside her ! I appreciate her and she got me in and out fast with full belly!
I wanted to try a locally owned place and ended up here. The food was good. I had the la Diablo fajita, not too spicy, wish they added jalapeños or something. Good large portion. Chips served warm, salsa. Good. Went on a Monday stormy evening not too busy. I go jack, seemed like folks know thus place downtown.
We were driving through town, coming back from vacation, and decided to stop in for lunch, and we so glad we did. This was one of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to in a while. It's the right amount of authentic and has great quality ingredients in all the dishes. You can tell that the meats are slow cooked and/or marinated well because they have a lot of flavor. We'll definitely stop back in next time we drive through!
The food was very good and the staff were friendly. This place is very expensive. They charge more than places in downtown Charleston.The interior is a little dark, especially if you are sitting at a table compared with a booth. All of the booths had their own light, but there is almost no light at the tables.
Good Mex. But deceptive. Online the Special Dinner is priced at $13.95. Placed an call-in order for two - charged $49. Probably won't try to find out what other prices are not exactly what you'll be charged. Other places to eat.
Very disappointing lately. On Friday last week 4/15/2022 I placed a take out order.. didn't receive the "served with" portion of my meal ie, guacamole, rice sour cream and salad. The broccoli wasn't cut all the way through resulting in large stems ... the floret part removed. The super burrito wasn't so super with little beef. I also asked not to get a full bag of chips as they wouldn't be eaten... we received two bags. On Wednesday 4/20/2022 I visited the restaurant for inside dining. Our sever acted as if she didn't understand. I ordered a house whiskey and coke and got a plain coke... we had to order the beer 4 different times before being told they didn't carry natural light. My meal was wrong and I sent it back. When we complained to the "head" server we were told she understood English well.... then this person stayed with in 3 feet, shaking her head and talking her foot. I usually go to Rosalias at least twice a month.... but refuse to waste my money if there isn't any care given anymore.
Just passing through Orangeburg and was looking for a good Mexican meal and margaritas, and found this place via the reviews... wow really cool place, great service, food, and drinks! The salsa was some of the best we've had... when we're back this way we'll have to stop in!
This place was great. Best Mexican food we have had in a long time. Chicken enchiladas were fantastic and the sauce was spot on. Refried beans were perfect. Fajitas were a big hit. The beef and chicken were very tender. Wish we lived closer, because we would be regulars.
We were in the area for work and we actually ate here a few times in the weeks we were there! The food was hot & great! The margaritas were honestly the best I’ve ever had in my life and I will be craving them when we’re home :(
