My recent experience was most definitely a traumatic one. As a black mom who's kids loves pizza I didn't expect such racist & unprofessional behavior from a manager! She refused to give me her name. Which she stated was against Papas John's company policy, while continuously hanging up the calls. In addition to the heavily racist energy & attitude . She had the audacity to call the police making false allegations to avoid giving me her name. I did read LOLA Bennett as the store's general manager. I will be reaching out to corporate on Monday. No question & without doubt this was a matter of racial discrimination!
I see there's a no refund policy so I guess there is no point of me trying to get my money back. Y'all started off so good with my first order (which for some reason I'm not able to see nor did I get any points for) but these past two orders have been horrible. I called last week wanting to speak to someone about an order and was put on "hold" never spoke to anyone, I guess you needed to reach me for an order? And cancelled last minute? but had no problems delivering the same order a different day with no help from me at all ?... Which brings me to this review because I'm disgusted! Why is there hair in my food? Just moved around here so still don't really know the area that well but at least I know I won't be ordering from this Papa John's anymore ? Thanks a lot
Probably the worst service I have ever received. We waited 2 hours and 15 mins for our pizza after they said they called us at our hotel room and cell phone but we never received their call despite being accessible to both the hotel phone and my cell phone.
I spoke to a so call Manager name Sarah. Very unprofessional . The pizza delivered but it was cold. Doubting if I should order from this location again.
We Ordered Breadsticks and wings. Wings were pretty good. Breadsticks were disappointing. We ordered 20. Super dry and presentation was awful. If I knew we were getting the crust from pizza with no garlic or butter I wouldn’t have bought them! These were chewy and dry and they aren’t even bread sticks!
I ordered 30 buffalo boneless wings when they arrived there was no sauce on the wings and tasted horrible will never order from them again
Pizza arrived after over 1.5 hours, cold and squashed, obviously from having other pizzas stacked on top. I don't mind the time, but the poor quality is inexcusable. For a $30 pizza, I expect better quality and better service.

I ordered the new Papa John's pepperonimania ?, 1 meat lover's, 1 pepperoni, 1 5 ? ?, 1 ? wing, 2 regular wings, 1 chicken poppers and 1 2liter Sierra mist and everything was definitely delicious as always. Thank you Papa John's and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!!??????????????????????
