I never do, but I have to leave a bad review. My senior father called it "the worse double cheeseburger [he's] ever had. Half of the burgers we ordered had no ketchup or mustard on them -- literally just bun, meat, cheese. At 2:30pm in the afternoon it was a backed up chaotic mess.Added a star back because the restaurant was very clean, and was being actively maintained that way the entire time we were there.
We (group of 9) walked in to the restaurant just before 1pm. The restaurant was full and I thought it was going to be long stop on our way home. But surprisingly we walked right in, the staff took our order and with very little wait at all had all of our correct food. The restaurant was clean with staff continuously cleaning and stocking the lobby. It has been a very long time since I had been in a fast food establishment where the people working were happy to have guests and you can tell they showed pride in the work they were doing. Thank you.
What can I say about McDonald's? There is a reason that it's one of the highest ranked franchises out there..The food is addictive, and there is always a McDonald's close to you, anywhere you go! I do miss the old days, when they would run the 29 cent hamburgers, and 39 cent cheeseburgers...but I guess those days are long gone...although..it's hard to beat their dollar menu! 5 stars!
Stood at the counter fir at least 8 minutes not one person acknowledged me .. walked back and forth looked straight at me. Finally was greeted with a what did you have... really????? Horrible customer service! Thought I'm not from around here. Customer service should be alot better than that!!
All I get is 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffins and 2 hashbrowns. I only go there at around 0540-0545. It's two of each because one is breakfast on my 60 mile commute to work and the other is my lunch since I've just moved and am not unpacked yet so my review is very specific to my circumstance.. however, I will say this, the staff is amazing and kind. Makes the long, early commute easier and sets the mood for the day on the right path when you're first encounter with the staff is a delightful one. And for the record this is my first positive review of a fast food spot. I have to alter my route to work to get to it. It's worth it if you're traveling overnight or early morning for this crew!
Breakfast crew is on-point, fast and friendly, only slight errors on the orders, which is high praise compared to a lot of locations. Easy stop from the highway.
Easy access to interstate. Fast, accurate order and hot food. Not much more you can ask for in a chain fast-food restaurant. Convenient to hotels and there’s a dog walk area in back. No self ordering kiosks.
I came through here, late at night. I was tired, I needed caffeine, and I had a 100 miles to go. McDonald's shone like a beacon of light in the mist. The drive thru line was long, the task seemed overwhelming, but I stood my ground. It proved worthwhile, I got my coffee in record time. I was on my way with caffeine, wonderful service and a smile on my face.

The female at the first window that takes the money is wonderful, she always has a friendly smile for you and kind words. To tell you the truth It's not just the food it's the customer service that got me.
