Found hair in my food, but they gave me fresh fries, but still not the point.
I always stop at this location when heading to Charleston. This will be my last visit! The wait time was actually decent, but the staff were rude, unpleasing, seemed disgruntled, and had horrible attitudes. We were not greeted upon approaching the register. I had to say good morning twice just to confirm the cashier wasn't mute. Once we received our cups, we moved on to the drink machine area. An employee was actively spraying cleaning solution on the drink counter AS I WAS FILLING MY CUP. She would not stop! I advised her that I was filling my cup but she just moved around me and continued to spray! When our number was called, our bag was tossed on the counter BY THE MANAGER. We left immediately. As soon as we were back on the road, we open the wrappers and or food was burned to a crisp. I mean BURNT....like black and hard....completely inedible. So we had drinks for breakfast. NEVER. AGAIN.PS...I take full responsibility for not checking our food before leaving...but why was my food in this condition to begin with? Smh....you get what you pay for!
It was decent service and they had the car's moving swiftly today. The worker's were polite and nice.
This is by far the worst McDonald's i have ever been to, they never get your order right and when they get it wrong and you check behind them they have an attitude so instead of me having them correct my order and then spitting in it I took the high road and told them I want my money back the girl at the drive-thru rolled her eyes and told me to drive up. These people need to be trained better on what good customer service is I would never return here again.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s in Orangeburg. The service is always slow and most of the time the forget part of your order. Every once in a while I forget why I don’t go to that one, but they always help me remember. Not fast food at all…
McDonald's employee took our order and told us to pull up to the next window because the crispy chicken had to cook. They forgot about us and had us waiting over 10 minutes.
The service is always friendly and they usually get your order right the first time.
Quarter pounder with cheese was very greasy so much so that it was all over the bun and the bottom of the box.
Drive thru wait wasn't terrible and staff was very friendly. I'm in the habit of checking to make sure I have everything in the bag(s) before I leave, which it was. Imagine my surprise when I got home and checked my 10 piece nugget to realize I was only given 5 nuggets.
