It don't make no sense it took 2 hours for my pizza to get to my home . The pizza is good but it shouldn't take that long to get my food
I submitted my order online and arrived within the pickup time. We waited for about 15 minutes and no pizza. I attempted to call to let them know we were there. Someone answered and immediately requested to put us on hold and then hung up. I waited 10 more minutes, still no pizza. Called again and was immediately put on hold. When they came back, I let them know we were there. They said they would be out shortly. Approximately 20 minutes later we finally had our pizza. Now the kids are cranky because they are super hungry and I'm frustrated because we had to wait such a long time after we were told it would be ready. In total we received our order almost 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. No apologies, no explanations.
I ordered an Italian salad through Door Dash. When my order arrived the salad had large pieces of ham and salami not chopped. It also had thick slices of tomatoes. The salad was missing the croutons and they gave me white instead of red onions. I was so completely dissatisfied. If I wanted to make my own salad I would of went to the store and bought the ingredients. Marco please do better, people don't have money to waste.
Order was wrong last week. The store offered a free pizza to make it right. Sounds good. But I called today to get the pizza and was told it would be ready at 7:00. Went to pick it up and the staff knew nothing about it, no pizza tonight, and no more Marcos on my menu.
I ordered pizza and wings, both were very good. Wings were not greasy and the pizza crust had some substance to it and tasted great.
The other night, I patronized this business late in the evening.When I went to pick-up my order, it was my pleasure to meet the friendly Assistant Manager named Carl who was able to quickly adjust and process a partial refund for my relatively large order which had been purchased through DoorDash, because they had run-out of a particular ingredient crucial to just one (1) item of my order.That was a great experience.My wife & I were able to enjoy a fantastic pizza, wings, large salad, & meatball bake once I got everything home.We're definitely going to be repeat customers at Marco's.
Marco In Orangeburg has the worse customer service!!! You walk in they don’t even acknowledge your presence. The man and woman literally looked me in the eye and continued on with what they were doing for at least 6 mins. The pizza was paid for online but if it wasn’t paid for I would have definitely walked out. The pizza itself was decent but it was a little over cooked the cheese was mostly brown.
One of the best tasting pizza around. Talk about fresh and delicious. Taste buds having a freaking party. Heck it's still going on now! Florentine is my absolute favorite!
