The food was pretty standard. Would have been awesome to not have to ask for refills. Our food also sat in the window for a bit before it was brought to us (I could see it from our booth). The server was friendly but just seemed a little out of it. I also asked for crispy bacon. One slice was crispy and one was not. Make that make sense.

Delighted to change my review to a 5 star experience. The temperature was comfortable and the restroom has been repaired. The last two times a new manager ( a petite reddish blond haired lady) walked by and told us she appreciated our business. Adding a nice touch to an already terrific experience. Thank you for managing your business, making the amenities and atmosphere comfortable. The great staff that works there deserves a manager like you!Below is the three star review I wrote a few weeks ago........Stop freezing your customers!!!!It was so chilly in there today that the metal on the table was cold. The only other table walked out because it was so cold.Managers, owners... please, do your job and make the restaurant comfortable and see that the staff has the supplies they need.Please fix the handicapped stall in the restroom, half the time it is out of order.You have incredibly nice servers and good cooks that always send out a great meal( with what they have to work with).However, many times this IHOP is out of basic items like hash browns, french fries, and other basic items. Gluten free pancakes are on the menu and most of the time this item is not available. I want to be a frequent customer, please get your act together.

The worst is IHOP I have ever went to thus far. Who waits 28 before even getting anybody’s attention. Then upon my arrival I place an online order which should’ve been ready at 4:28 it is now 530 and I haven’t still received my food yet Mind you now there is only three people in the restaurant. One chicken sandwich takes one hour to cook come on be honest Poor customer service Y’all were better off close

All I can do is shake my head. How sad. We went there for Mothers' Day and sat for almost 20 mins with absolutely no service at all. No water, no coffee, nothing. The waitress wouldn't even look at us let alone ask us if we wanted anything to drink. The couple behind us had to go get their own ketchup and syrup after asking a few times with no response. There were alot of employees on shift but they were to busy on their cells or chatting with each other. I have always loved IHOP, in PA and VA, but the experience here in Orangeburg really changes my opinion. My husband and I got up and walked out and went somewhere else. I would definitely never recommend this establishment.

Highly do not recommend eating there. My family and I waited 45mins almost an hour for our food. Just for it to be cold, with old eggs, and pancakes waiting for us. And the manager or the server thought anything was wrong with the service nor did they apologized. They over say too many people with very limited helped. This same day another customer complained right before we got our food. So my family and I refused to pay & went else where. This place need a WHOLE new team

Food is still good though it takes twice as long to get it due to constant staffing shortages. Last time I was there, someone was having a bring your kid to work day, but at least they were at work. Manager here has always been willing to work something out with me whenever I have an issue, whether it is my fault or theirs.

Only about 3 people working there. So, the wait to be seated was extensive, but the service, staff, and food were excellent!

The food was served cold (breakfest) no toast was with meal when ordered and service slow. Furniture still dirty from last customers, had to ask for it to be cleaned.

Management was horrible. The manager sees how shot staffed she is and barely helped out. Lead by example. The worst experience I had at IHOP The servers did the best the could do

Very nice experience. Food was good, but the service by far was the best.
