Friendly staff. My meal was excellent. Fresh hot fries. I haven't had a "hoagie" this good since I left Jersey. Coffee was good and they were able to accommodate for my milk allergy. Offered a warm sample of a fresh donut with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.I live in Lexington but I'd go back. Thank you for a taste of home ?!
Not bad at all. They have coffee drinks, ice cream, and pastries in addition to their subs and salads. It's always clean there. I've had one off experiences like a long wait, overcooked chicken, salad made too small, but overall it's not a bad restaurant.
I’ve been a customer at this establishment since 2017 and never received terrible service like I have today. I had a call in order which is typically ready when I arrive so that I can eat and enjoy my 30min lunch break. Today my order was given to another customer which cause an additional wait time of 10-15mins which was no problem. The manager apologized and refunded me for my order however when my food finally came it was prepared incorrectly. I made the cashier aware of it and one of the cooks came from the back of the kitchen with an attitude and proceeded to argue with me regarding my order. I spoke with the manager again and decided to leave the food because I no longer trusted you the employees to make my food. I will NOT be returning!
I ordered a large sandwich, it was good. I wish that I could see them make it, to make sure they put what you requested on it. You're supposed to check your order before you leave, but it is hard to check for oil n vinegar and S&P, which was missing on the first sandwich. So to make sure I had oil & vinegar I asked for extra in a cup, which they gave me. And I used to make sure my sandwich that I paid 11.00 for was right.
While the salad was good, they forgot some toppings and the cashier was trying to take our order while on the phone. Forgot cheese, jalapenos, olives and vinegar.
Great sandwich, it actually had meat versus eating a bunch of bread. Definitely go try them out!!
