This Hardee's location did a pretty good job. I got there for the drive thru and waited in total about 10 min in the drive thru before I got my food. I was the only one there, but when I got my food it was hot and fresh. The Frisco I got had more mayo than I think was necessary, or at least was not distributed evenly. The fries were crispy though so that's a huge plus and the staff was nice.
I stop here every Friday morn. Today, I just could not wait a long time. While I noticed they had a larger crew, normally it is just 3 people, they were still too slow. When I arrived, people were already waiting and 1 guy left because his order had not been taken. Train the crew and teach them to work with a sense of urgency. The food has been good, when I could get it.
The manager was a hard working and empathetic lady. The employees not so much. They didn't listen to the management. They took their time cooking. Disrespectful towards manager in front of guests. Must be understaffed because the slow lady in the kitchen took my order by ear and gave the manager attitude. I felt sorry for the manager because she was busting her butt making sure people's orders we correct and hot. The employees need fired for Disrespectful and poor work ethic asap. Manager needs a raise! She was a tall skinny white lady with dark blonde hair. She needs a raise!!! This hardees needs help!
I ordered Decaf Coffee and even though she assured me it was decaf, it wasn't. How do I know? I have heart and blood pressure issues - and I had a full own attack later that day. It's a medical issue folks - pay attention when people say Decaf.
I didn't get anything from Hardee's family did. They said it was very good. The staff was friendly yet a little confusing due to taking our order then asking what our order was a second time only to need confirmation about a few things. I can only assume trying to do two jobs if new is hard ?
Great place to eat. Food was really tasty. Easy access from freeway Will stop again
I always get there chicken sandwich, it's cooked right off the grill and something that is not always good when you get a sandwich with tomato's and lettuce, they aren't always fresh but Hardee's tomatoes are always fresh. There sandwiches are always good and hot and prepared correct
I have been going to this Hardee's for years for their breakfast. I don't go as much anymore because I eat breakfast at home now. The service is always excellent the ladies are always so nice up there. I just went today bc we woke up to a power outage. The biscuits were great, they were heart shaped for Valentines Day. The coffee was good. The service thru the drive thru was great. Definitely recommend
The woman greeting us and taking our order was very friendly and outgoing. We really appreciated her service-oriented disposition and positive attitude. She definitely deserves a raise!
Signs all over said dining room was open, we decided to just use the drive thru, order food, waiting in line, my wife has to use the restroom, the door was locked with 15 or so people inside, she returned to the car, we proceed to the window about 15 minutes time, we ask if she can come inside and use the restroom, we were told no the dining room is closed, we asked what were the other people doing then, no answer, we said we will just cancel the order and go somewhere else, they said ok. WOW, AND THIS GENERATION WANTS HOW MUCH AN HOUR TO WORK A DRIVE THRU WINDOW??
