The biscuits and orange juice were lukewarm. I do not care for unmelted cheese, especially cheddar, so I like for my biscuits to be hot. I saw the employee taking orange juice out of a pack that was sitting on the counter instead of out of the refrigerator. That prompted me to ask her if the orange juice was cold. She told me yes. It was not. Orange juice is thick and I like it ice cold. Stop being lazy and just get it out of the refrigerator each time.Between that and the lukewarm biscuit, I will probably not be returning and will go to the other Hardee's in town.
The worst chicken I have ever had it was so bad I could even finish it we had to wait probably 20 to 30 minutes for our food if that even they handed us coke instead of Dr Pepper unsweetened with no ice instead of sweet tea we call for larges instead of smalls no strews all the hamburger where black they put tomatoes and our sandwich when we didn’t ask for it

I can not have caffeine, it causes heart issues in me. So when I went through the drive thru this past weekend I specifically said decaf when ordering, I clarified I needed decaf once again when paying. She hands me the coffee and once again I ask if it's decaf. It was not. Thankfully I said something again a 3rd time! Because apparently she wasn't paying attention or caring the other 2 times I ordered and stressed I needed decaf. This is very concerning for me, mistakes like that can send people like myself to the hospital.
Excellent experience. Dining room was perfect place to do a no-rush breakfast.
Open early. Good service, hot food.
4 of us entered the Orangeburg, SC Hardee's. There was on person working drive through. There were several employees walking around in the back. We stood there waiting 5 to 6 minutes with no notice from anyone. We left.11:41 Friday 11/19/2021
Wait in line 15 minutes drove to pickup window, no one working the window. Went inside to order ordered the chicken sandwich, then was told we're out of chicken, was given a fish sandwich instead and one of the largest cup I've ever seen. I guess good help is hard to find.
This restaurant does not change their gloves after handling money at the cash register before they handle your drink cup your napkins and food putting into the bag handling money is very nasty and Carrie's germs. I'm just saying every little bit helps. So we will not eat at this restaurant or any of the other ones.
Went there this morning for breakfast. Ordered a gravy biscuit and 2 butter biscuits. Gravy biscuit came with grits and no gravy. One butter biscuit tasted like fish and the other was not a butter biscuit. You could see where they ripped the cheese and egg off along the side. This was the most pitiful breakfast I have ever ordered anywhere in my life.
