High quality food! Great service! Great taste!
My husband and I stopped for lunch driving through and hoped to met some friends that live in the area. The food was better than expected but service was horrible. I got hibachi chicken and smoothie and my husband turkey sandwich, fries and drink which he had to change his order because they were out of what he originally wanted. Cashier came to me saying they didn't have the flavor of smoothie I wanted but found some in storage. She should have looked before telling me but also shouldn't offer something they don't have because I wouldn't have gotten a smoothie cause I don't like any of the other flavors. My food came a good 30 mins before my husband and would have been cold by the time his showed. He didn't know it was warm sandwich either. Also no sign that we saw for up charge for credit card payments.
I went to Fitstreet and I did not receive my complete order and the girl behind the register rang me up for 33 and ADDED a 33 dollar tip on top of my 2 dollar tip. On Monday at 8:25 pm, when he was closing out the restaurant, I Spoke to Andre Rodriguez, the owner’s son and he said he was going to return the tip and I checked this morning (2 days later) and he never did. The girl behind the register didn’t know what she’ was doing and no one was there to help her. Andre said she was new and had a lot to learn. I came in today and Andre said maybe I put the tip myself! The level of incompetence is beyond my comprehension. But I want everyone to know his mom is on vacation and he don’t know what he is doing. On top of that, the food was packaged portly, it was salty, and the veggies were soft and mushy (old). I wouldn’t go there, but you might, if you know them or haven’t had authentic sushi.
This was my first time trying this place out. Its in a really nice location and the food is awesome. The title of the establishment really lives within the food. I enjoyed the hibachi. It's a little pricy but worth it. I look forward to going back.
This was my 1st visit and probably last, the waitress seem to be very confused and unorganized. I waited for my food for a hour & paid $26 !!!! There are no prices listed & one smoothie is $8 absolutely ridiculous …. Never again
It may be the best sushi in Orangeburg as they advertise. Better to drive to Columbia. But it is ok.
Best Salad EVER fresh & crisp. Hibachi was AWESOME! Can't wait to try something else.
Always great food but if you want sushi make sure you order it ahead of time.

I rated 5 stars so this review can be seen fitstreet in orangeburg, sc has the WORST customer service ever , every time you order online they call with a excuse as to why they can't do the order this is my second time ordering from them and the first time i ordered they said their system was down and i had already drove there then I had to wait another HOUR AND 30 the second time I ordered they called right after and said they weren't making the item i ordered and they would be refunding me this place is terrible at business def do not recommend!
