I ordered on memorial day, and got a call from Andre to ask me about a $30 tip I had put on my order. My order was $30, I definitely left a two dollar tip. The girl behind the register added a tip to my card without my authorization. Andre was offended by my criticism of their food and service, so he never returned the money to my card, like he said he would. The girl who works there, who was not there on Monday, let me know that Andrea‘s mother is not in town. Her name is Andrea. In the end I had to called the police for Andre to return my money. He said he had done it on Monday, but told the police that he did it on Tuesday, but then said that he did it on Monday. Do not go here, unless you know them, or you’re from here. If you’re from where I’m from, you will know that they don’t know how to cook the food they advertise.
Workers and manager were not wearing masks. Especially concerning was the fact that the sushi chef wasn’t wearing a mask until another patron forced him to go to the back and get one. Don’t feel great about Covid safety.
The lunch menu here is expansive and high quality. The Cuban coffee is excellent and everyone in our party was happy with their meals. Would definitely go back if ever in this area again!
The seafood salad was to die for, the sushi was good, the hibachi was a little dry, I wish they had most of the food that were wanted, they ran out of a lot of things but what they did have was really good.
