I've ridden past maybe 100 times and the amazing smell made me hungry every time, but I didn't have time to stop in. I finally made time, and it was worth the wait. Service was fast and friendly, prices were great, and the food was excellent. The burger was as good as from a home grill, and these are some of the best fries you will find.
I remember when this place used to be something special. Last two times I went the food quality was so bad I could not eat it. The ONLY way I'd be willing to go back or at the least update my review is if MGMT reaches out. They said they would and they never did and I'm so disappointed. If y'all are hungry just go to taco bell or burger king down the street. This location is trash!
Be careful entering and exiting this location.I have been coming here since they first opened with reasonable prices, larger thick shakes and whole pieces of moist grilled meat.Now it's just better to save and go home for nourishment.
Every time I order and go thru drive in either my order is wrong or I question my charge. I went thru today ordered the hamburger tray which was 6.00 and some change. As she took my order I noticed she ask me what size drink I wanted. It comes with one size so I should have been questioning that. When I got to window my order was 9.12. The only thing I got extra was a slice of tomato. That was an expensive tomato. Even at 7.00 tax wouldn’t be that high
Slop... Plain & Simple... Straight up SLOP! Hot dogs were disgusting. I managed to take one bite and kept it down... The quesadilla was yucky and the fries were soggy! That did it for me! Straight to my dogs it went!!
My son ate here today. First time since leaving college in Williamsburg, VA, 2 years ago that he's had Cookout.Says it was a great meal.
Ordered 2 of the big double burger trays and this is what the burgers looked like. This is seriously just one patty that they split in half and stacked on top of each other. Covers less than half of the bun.

Very good food just the only doing peak hours be prepared to be in a long line.
I was disappointed in the small burger, it looked like a Krystal burger. I thought it was a joke. It was more bread than meat, I was so upset I didn't take a picture. My milk shake wasn't mixed throughly. All the pineapples was in the bottom getting stuck in the straw. This wasn't a good experience for me as opposed to the previous time we were here visiting in Aug 2021.
