Slowest, most unorganized drive thru ever
Horrible customer service. Rude and slow staff. Not the “Chick-fil-A way” that we’ve experienced at many other locations. Wouldn’t let us order breakfast at 10:31 (after it took over 10 mins for 4 people to order) but wouldn’t let another guest order a sandwich because it was only 10:27. Don’t recommend. Many other customers were missing food and complaining.
This has to be the slowest place in the business. We waited and then at the end the order was not even complete. We went inside, waited in another long line and then when we stated that our order was not complete it was as if,ok no big deal. We paid and was not informed where the pickup area was, we looked around until we found it. An employee bumped into me and then said, my bad. No apology. We witnessed one employee drinking from a cup in the serving area. Another employee walked through the food service area carrying her shoes....gross and nasty. Overall a disappointing experience.
I have never had a issue and the team is extremely nice and professional
We were on our way home from Charleston and stopped here because the one at the next exit prior was closed for renovations. When you go to a Chick-Fil-A anywhere in America you expect a certain quality of food and service. It's the Chick-Fil-A standard. This location did not come close to meeting those expectations. The drive thru moved fairly slow. When we got to the window, the girl working didn't seem to really be enjoying her job. She messed something up and rather than apologizing and fixing her mistake, it was just "my bad". Seriously? "my bad"? Then when we got our food and drove off, most of our fries seemed burnt. My bun on my sandwich was definitely overcooked. It was just not your typical Chick Fil A experience. When I go back to Charleston, I hope the other location is open because this one will be bypassed by my family.
Worlds SLOWEST Chick-fil-A. They need to go to Chick-fil-A racing academy. Never had to wait this long in line before I even ordered! 20 minutes so far!
The worst service I’ve ever experienced at a chick fil a. In fact, I couldn’t believe I was actually in a chick fil a. Lots of employees standing around or goofing off but not serving customers. Waited over 20 minutes for a milk shake. The customer beside me waited 30 minutes for iced coffee. We both had to ask multiple staff for help. Absolutely absurd!
I wish I could leave ZERO stars! I placed my order through the mobile app and Everything seemed to be fine until I got my food. I ordered a large lemonade which I never got, chicken tortilla soup which looks days old and as if they placed it in a microwave & I redeemed my points for it, I also ordered nuggets that came cold & last but not least my salad came with no dressing! How the hell am I supposed to eat a market salad with no dressing?!! I tried contacting customer support through the app to no avail my issue was not solved! I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK!! I DONT WANT ANY STORE CREDIT OR POINTS OR WHATEVER I NEED A REFUND!! 0 out of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
Very busy, waited and waited then asked for my order after several people behind me received theirs. Showed my receipt, in the meantime gentleman and wife looking for their 2nd milkshake. He was told he needed to get back in the still long line to order another one. Floor behind counter wet and saw 2 employees trying to stop themselves from slipping. Don't know what happens to Chick-fil-A customer [email protected] 145 off of I26E (Orangeburg FSU) Milkshake customer was still in line when I finally got my food and headed for the door. The good news is my chicken was hot and crispy! ?4 for food, ?2 for customer service
First chick-fil-a I've been to in awhile that didn't have people outside to take orders to speed up the process. Went thru the drive thru for breakfast, the lady taking our order either wasn't paying attention or couldn't hear. We repeated our order twice. She asked if that was all and we said no she proceeded to give us a total. I ordered strawberry jam and ketchup with my chicken minis meal. I get down the road and get my stuff out only to find just 1 ketchup and grape jelly for 2 meals. Needless to say im unhappy bc a chicken mini just isn't the same without the strawberry jam. My hashbrowns were overcooked and hard and my chicken was dry. The lady at the window was lacking personality not typical of chick-fil-a and normally high hospitality. We are from out of town and just make note not to stop at this one anymore.
