Gotta be honest. So sorry to give this critical of a review. But to everyone involved with this organization, you really need to be honest with yourselves.Every bench outside has a broken seat. Not only that but the broken seat is sitting on top of the table.Inside looks authentic from the 80s cause it's never been updated. And that's kinda cool, but what's not cool is not repairing damages from 30- 40 years of use.Cleanliness was an issue on the inside and outside.Came back through Orangeburg on the way back home from beach. Took these pictures at second passing after noticing the filth upon a second visit.Check out the pictures for yourself.
We ordered French fries, just French fries. Our cashier couldn’t remember our order as she attempted to ring us up. After repeating for a third time we ordered large fries the cashier read out our total then proceeded to place the fries in a small container. A colleague corrected her. The cashier then transferred the fries into a large container, left our view for a bag and napkins, then returned with our order. When we reached our vehicle we dug into the fries , after eating the second fry I noticed a pungent odor. Just one fry smelled of excrement- absolutely repulsive. Wasn’t worth complaining or requesting a refund. I am not confident staff practices cleanliness. I theorize a member of the staff failed to wash their hands after cleaning the bathroom or using it, then dropped the fries in the deep fryer…we’ll never know. Just don’t eat here…ever

Busy night in the area, this Burger King was not very busy. Wonderful experience. Super friendly! (I didn't catch her name - she had pinkish hair, maybe the manager?) She went above and beyond, made sure we got fresh fries, everything was hot and great! Would definitely recommend!
This Burger King has room for improvement. I don't know if they were having HVAC issues or trying to save money by not heating the building, but the dining room had arctic conditions. I didn't get the cheese on my whopper I had already paid for. Obviously not worth the time to even complain about when we waited 15 minutes from time of order for our food to come up. We warned others on the way out to steer clear. The burger was actually pretty good, despite the lack of cheese.
We stop here often on the way up to Columbia. The staff is really friendly and the food is always correct which doesn't happen a lot with fast food. It's in an ideal spot and easy to get to off the exit. If there's a line, it moves fast. I definitely recommend this one!
Okay customer service. Good vanilla ice cream cones. I like to see at McDonald's better.
