They are hiring and they really need help. Good service but they really need some more good help. Dr Pepper was out. Trash bags on floor, cleaning supplies on table, trash bags on dining tables, trash bins broke and blocked off and only operable trash dispenser had cabinet blocked open for some reason. There were some clean tables so effort was being put forth.
Live the food. Very busy store. I did miss a small item from my order...But did not go into line again. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great Location.Many items to choose from

First time here. Not a ton of selections. But the chicken is fantastic and the sauce was too.

Most rude and incompetent managers I have ever encountered. I will never return to this store again. Only gave them 1 star because you cannot write a review otherwise I would not even give them that much!!!! Food barely worthy of consumption.
We were on vacation and my son wanted to try this since we do not have one in any of our neighboring states. He liked it very much, staff was nice, inexpensive.
The food was good and hot I really enjoyed the food.
Ordered Cobb salad (southwest salad no longer avail), chicken fingers & boneless wings with tongue torch & nuclear sauce. The cashier is friendly helping us since it’s our first time while vacationing the area. We like tongue torch better than nuclear sauce but both aren’t spicy enough for us. Sweet tea was really sweet, which we like it but we added our own tea. Foods are ok.
Pretty pathetic sized serving. What a waste. Last time I go to any zaxbys. Portion sizes have shrank. More like Cornish game hen pieces.
