Disappointed in my visit this evening. I picked up double batch order for doordash at this Wendy's location. Drive thru line wasn't long, just one car ahead of me waiting at the speaker. Well after waiting for about what seemed like 10 mins and there was no movement or talk with the car ahead of me, we assumed their order was taken yet because they were just sitting there. When it comes to working for doordash and being on a schedule and getting paid, I'm all business and don't like wasting time. So I wasn't going to sit there and continue to wait until the cows come home. I did something about it and pulled around to the window to try and get their attention. Told them I had two orders to be picked up. Guy working at the window then says 'you have to go around the building and tell me your orders through the speaker'I then proceeded with well we sat behind a car for 10 mins waiting to give those orders and asked if dining room was open to go inside. 'Our dining room is closed, gotta go to the speaker' We showed him the orders on the app and asked nicely if he could check for us while we were at the window. He said, 'I haven't taken the car ahead of you yet' Like brah what are you waiting for you're not that busy rude as hell and can't believe you wouldn't work with me'. Poor customer service. You could tell the employee cared less. Guess it's not customer first anywhere

Just went there at 1:00 AM. The building says drive through is open until 2, and people were inside. Then after going to cookout instead we returned at 1:40 when they should STILL be open, and both remaining employees were still there, outside smoking cigarettes presumably still getting paid after closing the store potentially more than an hour early. And that is a disgusting thing to see from people in the food service industry. I hate to see a corporation getting screwed over by their own staff. Whoever closed today (April 20) should without a doubt be fired.

Management on duty today was very rude. Order placed on mobile app did not match what was given and when questioned manager said she didn’t care wha the mobile app said.

There were disrespectful employees mouthing off at the manager in front of customers, one of which was just downright rude and saying and his job was not to fix or fill up an ice machine. Also, they like to huddle up in the drive for window when there are no customers and just stare at people. That took weird to a whole new level. I didn't realize Wendy's paid their employees to do things like that. But apparently filling up a nice machine is not in their job description

The worst Wendy's ever. Black people can't be racist, yeah OK. This place needs to be shut down, rude as he'll to the white customers, go out of your way for your own kind. Corporate will hear about this.No lettuce, tomatoes or mayo on my burger either. Never get my business.

It was horrible. The food was awful. They forgot to put the cheese on a burger. The other wasn't cooked. Fries were old and gross. Will never go back to this location. While in there a person had to come back from drive through cause they messed up his order so bad. It is one of the worst Wendy's I have been to.

I am giving it 5 stars bc typically Wendy's is very good. However, I order the new honey spicy chicken sandwich and it was absolutely awful. The flavors did not go together at all. Not a fan.

My wife and I visited this Wundt’s restaurant this evening about 5:00 PM for inside service.The restaurant was totally empty and had at least 5 employees that were visual and none appeared working. Two actually came over the cash register directly in front of us, neither one even acknowledged our presence, just signed into the register and walked away.Everyone one of the employees looked at us but again never acknowledged us.After at least 5 to 6 minutes, we turned and left, no response from any employee.We understand the staffing issues businesses are facing, but this is pathetic. This franchise owner is throwing his money away. We hav lived inNMB for 20 years and visited this store occasionally but will not be returning.

Employees okay, some days they have bad attitudes others are nice. This particular night I ordered a large fry that was cold and missing half the fries making it not a large. what’s even funnier is the box for the fries says “hot nd crispy” when i got cold nd soft. Chili was hot and good as always though.

They were great. Stupid things like making sure I had napkins, straw, and ketchup in my to-go bag. The order was right, and quick service. It was all those little things that added up to a good visit.
