Stopped by with my grandma and I gotta say I’m glad I did. The staff was extremely friendly. I had the shrimp and grits and granny had the flounder. Even though both dishes were delicious I gotta say the flounder was on a different level. Great breading, the homemade chips were crispy and tasty. 10/10 would recommend.
Chose Tidewater because of the fact that we could make a reservation in a town that most places refuse even call ahead seating.Making reservations was good, the rest of the experience was amazing!Everything from the food, to the drinks, to the service was top notch! Started with the crab artichoke dip which was creamy and had plenty of crab in it. My wife loved her blood orange Paloma. The shrimp and grits were delicious and large enough to feed two with one order. The swordfish special was perfectly cooked as well.Cannot recommend going here more heartily!
Here visiting found it through reviews. It’s a nice local spot that had great fresh seafood. Deserts are wonderful too. Highly recommend will go back again.
I've lived within 1 mile of this bar and restaurant for the last 12 years and this was the first time I visited. I did not have dinner or anything to drink but I so enjoyed this establishment. There was a large group in the back ( I took it to be just friends meeting on a regular Friday evening) that laugh and spoke as this was the mecca if places to meet and enjoy friendships. Staff was very very nice and willing to do anything to enjoy their establishment, location is easy time find and parking was adequate. Will return to review food and drinks.
Excellent service and food. Everything was prepared properly and at the correct temperature. They used prime cuts of meat in their steak. The seafood was delicious and seemed to be fresh as well. The pink lemonade was even a pleasant mixture of ingredients. All in all it was a great meal. ??
We were looking for some where different to eat in North Myrtle Beach and this place came up. Since we were staying in Cherry Grove it was close and convenient. While small, not a lot of tables, we were there early and got seated without a problem. Our waitress was pleasant and took our order immediately. The menu wasn't vast, but there were 4 or 5 specials up on the board. I had the grilled Halibut special with rice and fresh green beans. It was prepared perfectly, and portions were generous. Hubby had a linguini dish with shrimp, chicken, and sausage in a Chile pesto sauce that he just raved about, and the bowl was huge! For dessert, he had coconut/pineapple cake and I had Boston Cream Pie. My only complaint here was the size of mine, which was really small compared to the size of the coconut cake. Our meal with dessert for two was around $50 dollars, and it was worth every penny. We will definitely go back next year.
The food was amazing. It was perfect for our little family valentines dinner. Only complaint we say by window and you could feel cold air rushing in. The waitress was awesome. The food was delicious didn't have to wait at all. Fried green tomatoes are a must try. Just saying
Our first visit, and it was wonderful. The seafood bisque is amazing. The salad was fresh and plentiful. My wife's burger was tasty, and perfectly prepared. Our server was outstanding. We recently moved to the area, and we're happy to find such a nice restaurant close by.
This was our first time there. We both ordered the daily special which was fried shrimp and chips. The portions were large and it was absolutely delicious. The shrimp and Cole slaw tasted "fresh". The server was fantastic. Very professional and attentive. We will definitely dine here again. Loved it!
Wow. We were so impressed. I ordered the filet and it was extremely well-prepared and seasoned. My husband had their take on pesto Alfredo and it was AMAZING. They were fast, friendly, and we will definitely be back next time we are in town.
