Did not like it. Hot fudge sundae didn't even have hot fudge on it. Brownie was cold too.
I went there based off the pictures on Google, but they did not have any of the pictures that I showed like the milkshakes with desserts on top like cupcakes, brownies, or cheesecake. However, I did get the birthday cake mason jar. It was soooo good! There was vanilla cake in between birthday cake flavored ice cream. The birthday cake flavored ice cream reminded me of a cake batter ice cream instead of vanilla with sprinkles, which made the treat. I ate it too fast to take a picture lol!
Ty went above and beyond tonight to assist with our 8 month old baby who needed warm water to make a bottle. On top of that, the blueberry cheesecake was to die for. It’s rare to find genuine good people now days and she made our experience one to remember. Thank you crafty cow and thank you Ty.
Very overpriced, had a bunch of flavors/options to choose from. Wish there were a few non-dairy or vegan options available. Cups would leak soon after we had them in our hands, very flimsy and lost shape as we ate. Their spoons were also so cheap and thin that they bent when used. We ended up licking the ice cream from our cups because they were that bad! For the price, they should definitely have better packaging for the products.
We shared a birthday cake icecream scoop on a cup as a family and it was quite possibly the best icecream I’ve ever had in my life.
Ice cream delicious, but overall a very sad shop with miserable girls working.. like visibly and undeniably miserable with attitudes. Maybe rename to The Miserable Cow? ?♀️
I had a medium cinnamon swirl waffle cup. The ice cream is excellent. The quantity of ice cream was very good to excellent for a medium. The waffle cup was slightly stale, They are definitely expensive at 8.49 I shouldn’t have a stale waffle cup. Place is clean , I’d go here again.
Can you at least update you hours so I do t waste my time coming there. Went by at 6:00 pm today only to find out they were closed. The online website shows 9:00 pm.
The ice cream and service was horrible. The shakes taste like tasteless cream with lots of water. The ice cream was terrible. Everyone in our group had to discard our purchases as our items were not palatable. The customer service was very lacking as well which is why didn’t waist our time requesting a refund. We were shockingly disappointed.
The ice cream was delicious and reasonably priced for the area, but the employees seemed to be in a big hurry to see us out.
