Good service at a fast food restaurant is vanishingly rare today, but the gentleman running the drive-thru line at this Taco Bell on Friday night (6/8/22) at just before 9pm was exceptional. I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him the credit he's due. Not only was he swift, but very courteous and attentive.
Wanted to dine in and eat but it felt like they were only concerned with getting the drive through food out. Took way too long to get the food and when we got it one of the tacos wasn't wrapped properly and immediately opened and emptied into my bag.
I was there on 3 separate occasions as a door dasher picking up meals for the clients. I can't speak about the food because I did not eat there but the service was horrible. The first and second time I had to wait 20-30 min for the orders in the lobby area. I was told they were short staffed but the staff that was there were on their phones and one was even walking around the work station eating chips. This was the same employee that cussed at me the 3rd time I was there. They closed the lobby so everyone had to go thru the drive-thru. I waited an hour for the food and when I asked for them to confirm it was all there I was cussed at. I seen other patrons being treated just as bad.Horrible experience.
Waited in drive-thru for 45 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes in the drive-thru one of the employees comes out to let the whole line know that they are out of pretty much everything. They didn't have time to make it. Not upset that they ran out more upset I waited 45 minutes for them to send someone out and let the whole line know that they can't order anything. Really drop the ball on this one.
We go here every summer. But, we may not go back. First Taco Bell I've ever been to that wouldn't let us add (1) item to our order once we got to the window to pay. We were understanding because we knew they were busy and it sounded like they only had one person working the back line. We get it. It was just the lack of professionalism and not getting all of our order that we paid for. On the positive side, I did get the best burrito Supreme that I've had on a while. I know things are rough on restaurants right now. So many are understaffed and over stressed.
They were absolutely slammed. Waited in line for 45 minutes and we had an order over $50. Did not get one single thing wrong and the woman who greeted us was extremely friendly and nice. Handled everything well even though they were really busy so I just wanted to say I’m impressed
Waited legitimately 40 minutes to get a paper thin crunchwrap.
Pulled up to the drive through before closing and waited in line for 20 minutes. Sat there for 10 minutes waiting for a response on the machine and no one even came on to tell us they were closing. They just handed out the person in front of us food and never even said anything to us.
Taco bell is one of our easiest fast foods to get especially at the beach. We had a mess up with our order and we were so appreciative of the manager there named Laura. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Thanks Laura for making our experience great. :)
Hey, This is Taco Bell on steroids. The food is pretty much the same from one store to the other. These folks set themselves apart with excellent service and, winning attitudes.
