Very poor customer service. Can't hear employee's when they talk. Says flavors of day for ice cream and they don't even have half of what is on their list. Smoothies are liquid made no real fruit so tastes very weird. And to top it off they couldn't even make milkshakes or floats.. very very disappointed in this location will not be coming back. Highly recommend people to find another store and not waist their time or money here at this location..
Listen this is one of those places that turns a adult in to a little kid again. I had to give 4 stars because the service could have been better. We were just stared at for 5 mins until we said something, no hi how are you? What can I get you? It was just blank stares like we were a inconvenience. But other then that the place was awesome.
Wishing I could give a zero stars. Was over charged as the employees do not know what a waffle cone is or is not. Was told no one had the power to refund or fix it. I was promised a member of management would be calling and emailing me the next day. Here I am 4 days later and no word. Called today and no management is in the building right now. This is terrible customer service period. Highly recommend going else where. If problem is fixed I will edit this review.
Very rude employees. My float was busted and spilt everywhere. The employee told me to get a soda out of the cooler and it was blocked off with tables and chairs.
Nice people. Cool candies but not a lot of variety for a store that size. Good ice cream as well. I don't recommend the peach though.
I drove by the ice cream store and loved the inticing exterior so much I turned around to go back. The staff, Vicky M. and Richard, were so friendly, helpful, patient and cheerful. Richard made a delicious milkshake for me. Vicky checked me out and couldn’t have been nicer. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. The store was beautifully clean and inviting. These 2 employees and definitely an asset to the company.

This place is so cute. Candy everywhere. Ice cream was yummy. Service was friendly. I believe they stop serving ice cream 30 minutes before they close though.
Tons of sweets and toys. Plus had some amazing ice cream. Will definitely be back next time I visit Myrtle Beach!
