We were there on Tuesday, November 23 around noonish. The guy was filling the covers for the soda cups, dropped about 20 of them all over the floor. They were spread out. Then proceeded to scoop them all up and put them in the cover dispenser instead of throwing them out. GROSS!!!!!
The Franchisee of this establishment deserves to have their head shoved into a bucket of rotten chicken and eggs. Every time I try to apply a promo code on the Subway app, the response is always the same: "Sorry, this restaurant is not participating."This particular establishment is pathetic.
Told 2 subs per customer but gentleman ahead of us ordered and received several foot long subs. Coupon in hand for 3. Lady behind counter said “it doesn’t matter”.
This is the second time that I've had issues with my order. Call ins both times. 1st time I waited 15 mins on my sandwiches after I came in paid only to find out they had set them in the counter unbeknownst to me while I got my drinks after I paid. Second time they didn't even listen to me about my order and I didn't physically check until after I got to my destination. Not happy
Sandwich was good but the employee needs to find something she enjoys.. like staying home! Ride with an attitude. Irritated I walked up and interrupted her texting I guess..
The lady behind the counter was rude last week and I ended up having to go to Firehouse next door. Maybe just a off day for this person ?We have ate there several times before and the food was always good and the service from the other workers also great.
Everyone’s bread was old and hard. We couldn’t even finish our sandwiches! Threw away in the trash!

What a sorry excuse for a business. Good luck trying to call ahead and place an order ahead of time because they will not even answer their phones. It looks like they may clean the place once a month. Rude management.
