The lady at the window was so rude she's an older lady with gray hair and a ponytail we were in the Drive-Thru and she was just the rudest of rude like I've never been treated so disrespectfully in my life the coffee was great but she was absolutely rude
I have had problems with this store for a long time. I am tired of this. They do not have my coffee on time when I order it through the app, and they do not bother to read the labels. My problem is that I order a coffee without form because why not I like the milk foam also the big problem is that I order a late venti coffee and actually what I received is a grande coffee with all the foam they put , some of the staff are very disrespectful especially this manager Lauren who other day he told me go buy my coffee in another store, I buy in this store because it is on my way to work but at other times I prefer to buy in another store and they prepared my coffee wel
Very friendly staff that go above & beyond to make sure your drink is correct before you leave the drive thru.
They were great yesterday but today was not good. I had to go in and completely change my review. They aren’t following through with making mobile orders as they come and let the inside customers pile up while addressing drive through. By the time we got our drinks, our food order, which took 7 min to get had gone completely cold. We waited about 20 min for our drinks. Our order was not large at all. Then come to find once we got on the road one of our drinks didn’t even have any sweetener and had to stop at a Starbucks at our destination to correct it. They had 3 staff working. The drive thru line had approximately 5 cars in it and there was only one person in the lobby when we arrived.
This Starbucks is always quick even when there's a drive-thru line, plus the staff is very friendly. The workers always start a conversation and it's very nice!! Accurate order all the time as well
On point!!!!!!! Had a packed drive through, and a a partially packed inside but the crew was rolling customers rt out!! Great job!!!
I don't typically come to this location just because it's a little out if my way, but I'm glad I stopped by this morning. When I arrived I realized I never pushed my mobile order through so I did and then sat in the lot. I fully intended to go back through the drive-thru but one of the ladies brought my drink out to me. Everyone is friendly, speedy, efficient, and the location is very nice and clean. I wish I got the names of the specific employees that made my morning a little better.
Micha, the gentleman who took my order, was super sweet with such a great attitude! Definitely will be back at this location. Great customer service!
How an Americano can taste so much more amazing than any other I’ve had at a Starbucks location is baffling, but thank you for your beautiful barista talents!
This Starbucks location is very clean with extremely nice and knowledgeable personnel. We ordered 3 drinks and they were out within 5 minutes. The only downside I see is that the parking area for inside ordering is minimal. Other than that, love it!
