This is one of the best Starbucks I have gone too. I work at Starbucks myself and have gone to this store the entire time I’ve been on vacation. They have been extremely friendly and are always on top of their speed, my wait times were always short, even when I had multiple drinks. I appreciate them so much for making my family feel welcome and providing us with such a nice experience in their store.
Words to describe this *$s:Busy AFThey do their best but just like any other *$s if there's a line, prepare to wait. I'm not advocating for more chain coffee shops, and I was just passing through (mobile orders FTW), but there has to be other offerings around here and I would have loved to find one if I was not passing through.Either way, everyone inside was doing everything they could to get the orders out, my order was correct, and it's not their fault it took ages to get it. Bathrooms were clean and the dining area was, too.
I just noticed that this Starbucks is now open 24 hours. Went there close to Midnight and the girls could not be nicer! I love Starbucks, but wanted to say kudos to the girls who work the overnight. Their shift is 9pm - 5am and they have the best attitude! They deep clean the store and are cheery to the customers. I think its great that they are open and hope that more people hear about it. This area needs more places open around the clock. We have 3rd shift workers, in critical roles on the strand and we need to make sure they are have coffee ☕
Starbucks as it is already serves poor-quality, burnt-tasting coffee comparable to McCafé. This store is no exception to that opinion. But, what brought my score even lower is the uppidy drivethru staff with their know-it-all disposition. French Vanilla does NOT contain hazelnut, and if there's any possible confusion on the order the server should ask instead of assuming I might like a flavor I didn't order.
It was a Starbucks. Hot coffee overpriced. 5 stars is due to it being comparable to any other Starbucks in the country. Servers were friendly and the drove thru moved quickly.
I sometimes stop by with a mobile order, and the staff have always been so nice and welcoming on my early mornings! It’s always an easy and quick process to go through the drive thru, especially compared to other Starbucks I’ve been to in the area!
Stopped here at 958pm and Rihanna was happy to make 2 frappes. Her customer service skills are superb!!! This is my new Starbucks
The staff here are amazing! Very friendly, high energy and super efficient.Seating is plentiful and comfortable. This is a great location.
Baristas were super nice! The working area behind the counter was not very clean but imagine it’s tough to keep up spills during busy times. Overall good experience at this location!
So I drive 20 mins to this particular location and arrived about15 mins before 9pm only to be told that they decided to deep clean the ice machine during store hours so therefore they have no ice to make any drinks! How disappointing!!!!
