HORRIBLE!!!! If there was a option for zero stars I would of chosen it. Let's keep in mind that all their phone call's are recorded. The so called manager as she called her self SHELBY( which name really is Amy Farrington) canceled my order for no reason but the delivery driver Jeffery couldn't deliver when we were in delivery area . I asked her why and told her to provide me proof of the voided transaction. She did by texting it from her phone, at the. Her caller Id showed her real name of Amy Farrington. She lied to me , canceled my ordered and left me on hold for an extended period of time telling me she was calling the delivery driver. I'm very disappointed in this location save your self the DRAMA and order from Hungry Howie's, you won't be disappointed and it's cheaper with excellent service all the way around . There food is way better too .
Ordered cheese sticks and got pizza dough with garlic and butter! Called to ask if they changed their cheese sticks and got attitude
This location was the worst delivery pizza experience I have ever had hands down. Since most places are short staffed we expected a longer wait on a Friday evening. However, we did not expect to have our order outsourced to doordash that got lost and when we contacted the store to find out where our order was we were told we would have to call door dash. I explained I didn’t order through door dash and that they needed to make this right since they entered it into the doordash system. The manager said he would have his delivery driver bring our order to us right after it was remade. At almost two hours since our initial order we received our pizza but not our drinks. Called the store again and another store associate said there were no drinks on my order. I was looking right at my online receipt and walked through it with her. She then put another manager on the line that informed me that once the driver got back they could send the drinks back out. I asked if they can just refund the drinks and was told they can’t do that but they can give store credit. Not being from the area that wouldn’t do me any good. The manager put me on hold to ask the general manager about a refund and she came back on the line and told me I should have a refund within 3 business days that they were voiding my transaction and it should reverse on my card. I have followed up with the manager 3 times over 10 days and still no refund. Called customer service at corporate and now have to wait another 2 days before it can be escalated any further. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
I really like papa John's pizza. I am a paraplegic and I'm very new at this I'm just learning how to get around and a wheelchair I was supposed to be able to pick up a pizza and then they closed just at 10 o'clock and I was sitting out front in my wheelchair since 940 I was very dissatisfied and could not believe The lack of empathy from anybody... I'm not throwing anybody under the bus I know things happen but for me to sit outside for upwards of 20 minutes and then for them to close and not get food was very frustrating nonetheless we will try again and see how they do because I do like a papa John's pizza from time to time so if for any reason someone sees this post please do not take it the wrong way papa John's has delicious pizza but I just was very unsatisfied with the way I was treated that night...
Terrible. Ordered pizza with delivery and never showed up. We waited for 2hours. The store closed and no one will answer the phone.
Ordered from here tonight and it's like a pizza out of the freezer actually I believe DiGiorno would have been better. Barely any toppings. I've Ordered from this location before although it's been a minute but this is the worst it's ever been. Called the manager and all he would say is they use the same measuring cup for all the pizzas and they're all the same. I've watched a lot of pizza places make pizzas and not once have I ever seen anyone use a freaking measuring cup ? time to look for another pizza place. Totally disappointed
These reviews have got to be fake. Used to be a pretty good location. Now they don’t open til 4 and close at 9. I don’t really understand how they stay in business. About as nice as hive of hornets the last time I walked in. They should have kept their old manager.
Call in order for delivery. They took all my information. Said my order would be delivered in 45 min. Then they called back and said not in service area and cancelled the order. Had order from this store before,at same location with no problem. Will not order again.
Ordered no contact delivery & requested it be left at my door. Instead, I get a call from the delivery person saying they are downstairs with my pizza & have made no attempt to seek out my apartment. Once I arrive downstairs, with my mask of course, I find some maskless mouth breather crawling out of their car. They place my pizza & other contents on their dirty car & proceed to talk to me about something OTHER than why they didn’t do their job. Not only was my order incorrect but on my way back upstairs the guy has the audacity to say “Thanks for coming down, I didn’t feel like going up the stairs today”. I respectfully declined to respond & proceeded on my way. I’m quite aware of S.C.’s backwards mindset towards Covid-19 but yet & still you don’t know the health or physical circumstances of your clients so when they request contactless delivery there may be a good reason for that. I guess I just wanted some “effort” on their end idk. This isn’t my first problem with this particular location. I’m not sure if it’s where I live they think I’m a tourist or something but this place is not good to locals or new customers. Save yourself some money & a covid test.
