I went through the drive through 5/25/22 and ordered egg white and cheese on ciabatta bread, which is my normal breakfast sandwich. I get it home and the bread looks molded. I carried it back and they said it’s the oven, and we will make you another one. This is the 3rd time in 6-8 weeks I’ve had issues, so I won’t be going back. They have never apologized.

I’m a local to the area. Got a bacon bravo sandwich tonight. Sat down to eat it inside and at 9:02 PM a wild eyed young woman apparently the manager with a boy haircut and tattoos scratching her arms says loudly, “I’m sorry, it’s 9 o’clock, I’m going to have to ask you to leave.” With plenty of exasperation in her voice. My mouth was full of food, I said, ‘sure, after I chew this bite.’ I have worked for a number of fortune 100 companies and the way she treated me 2 minutes after 9 is a reminder what I have seen many times before. There are plenty of people in leadership positions who shouldn’t be there. How they get there is a reflection on upper managements lack of judgment. As rudely as I was treated, I feel sorry for her fellow employees who work the evening shift with her. Everybody else was great, even a young man mopping said it would be okay to finish my sandwich. Some people suck at customer service. She did. Maybe she should take turns mopping and learn a little human decency. Staff and food were great. This experience was not.

The food was very good. All four of our lady friends from Calabash met here in NMB for lunch. We couldn't make up our minds, there were so many choices but the cashier suggested the pick two. That sealed the deal. I wanted comfort food so I had the grilled cheese and mac & cheese. Everyone had something different. The flatbread pizza, poppyseed salad and the chef chicken sandwich were the favorites. Next time I'll get the chicken sandwich. The young man changing the coffee was so polite and well mannered. I didn't think manners existed any longer. That was refreshing to see. The cashier was also very sweet and helpful. She was very patient too as we were on the fence about getting cookies. But because we got the meal and drinks we were able to pick out a pastry for .99 cent.I had my muffin the next day for breakfast. (All the pastries were good sizes) The cashier came out later to see how we liked everything. Again, she was very pleasant and nice. She took away a few plates, trash and got us some containers for our leftovers. We had a wonderful girls day out for lunch and not one complaint about our experience. This can be difficult to accomplish with 5 women together. I'll come back again with my husband.

The you pick two is standard comfort food for me. Chicken Frontega and Mac and cheese. Scrumptious.

Ordered for delivery which is unfortunately handled by a third party. The delivery person was physically filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke as did my food. Not necessarily the fault of Panera but when I called with the concern was told to contact door dash…door dash said call Panera. Regardless the food was trashed and I was out the money and food.

Ordered bacon & egg on a bagley-egg came out looking and tasting like plastic. Ordered 2 bagels toasted, butter was hard as a rock difficult to spread. I generally like panera but the NMB location is not up to standards IMO.

The service was great however I ordered 1/2 of a chicken sandwich. And Iam not a big eater and the portion for $ 6.00 was way over priced. And there wasn't hardly any chicken salad on the 1/4 of a sandwich. The broccoli and cheese soup was excellent but again it wasn't a good value. I usually love this place, so maybe it was just an error.

Disappointed - My son told my wife and I that Panera had a great teriyaki broccoli disk in a bowl. I was very disappointed in not only the taste, but there was very little sauce.

This place is going down hill fast. I’ve had at least 3 bad experiences with messed up orders and once with a bad attitude at the drive thru window. Not sure if it’s absentee owners or just bad management but it would be nice to have some consistency as I expect from Panera.

Great place to eat in Myrtle. Delicious and fresh at fair prices with great service.
