Understaffed location.1 not enough workers to keep food fresh2 they locked the door at 7 pm3 employees were working very hard with a good attitude and friendly4 value of food was low due to food not being rotated or out of options5 no powerade availableDon't visit if you value fresh tasting food for the price. Needs to be discounted when brand values are not met due to staff shortages, or just close early and don't misrepresent the brand.Fast food is turning into slow food that tastes bad.4 Employees were doing a good job, just not enough to keep food fresh and maintain the values of Panda Express.
6/5/22 at 6:30pm Drive thru order station was showing computer error screens. After waiting a couple minutes with no response,, I pulled us as there were cars in front of me and behind me. When I got to the window and explained that the screen had computer error messages and I was not able to place an order, the window gal stated "I can't take your order here, I'm way too busy". I then explained about the screen error and she stated "well it still works, all you had to do was tell us the order". I explained that no one spoke to me and she stated "well, that's not my problem". I was stunned and appalled. Clearly they are missing some customer service training!
They were low staffed so I am sympathetic to that, but it was busy and the poor manager was doing the drive through, dining in, and cooking all by herself. Food was okay, I ordered beef broccoli and it was not good and i couldn't eat it. Everything else was fine.
Great experience the food was fresh and very delicious and I will recommend it to anyone keep it up!
Worst panda experience ever. This location had terrible food that had obviously been sitting out all day. No wonder it wasn’t busy! There were huge mounds in each warmer. Chow mein was like dry spaghetti. Chicken was so old the glaze was matte. Yuck! Won’t be back to this one.
Served fresh and hot if requested. Honey walnut shrimp is the best. And refill on small fountain drinks unlimited.

Horrible, food was so hot you could barely eat it. Found out why from surfside location. They dont actually measure the spices they just throw whatever in there. Wont come back here
Tried 4 different menu items and they all were very good. Fried rice was delicious as usual. Can't wait to go back and try some different dishes.
