The worst restaurant experience. Our server doesn’t know the menu , she forgot the order and the food was horrible.my first and my last time in this restaurant
We lucked out when we got Tony Hayes as our waiter last night! It had been a long time since the last meal I had at Outback in North Myrtle Beach and this trip was well worth it! Tony served us with a light and happy spirit, making his job look easy. He was obviously very experienced in hospitality as he prepared us for what to expect, knew what questions to ask us about our preferences, and made it clear that he wanted us to be more than satisfied with our entire experience. Job well done, Tony, and all of the staff at Outback in North Myrtle Beach!
We had a perfect meal tonight, with the food hot and exactly as we ordered it. I heard they had new management and it's sure working. (Don't ever stop offering those fried mushrooms!) We were lucky also to get this amazing waiter named Tony Hayes. I don't think I've ever had such a unique character in a restaurant around here. He was friendly, amusing, professional, and the best I've ever seen. All in all, it was a fantastic dining experience. Congrats, Outback! 5 Stars!
The girl pictured cut me off on the phone at least five times when I was checking on the status of my order, flat out hung up on me, and threw ugly looks our way. After an hour of waiting, we finally received our food. Unfortunately, the same employee found it appropriate to bury a rack of our ribs at the bottom of the bag under our other togo boxes. When confronted about the situation she cussed at my sister. we’re big fans of outback and it’s so unfortunate we had such a terrible experience at our favorite location.
Service was terrible, never got waited on so we got up and left after 15 minutes.
The food and the service was great!! Definitely will return. Our server was very attentative and helpful when I was deciding what I wanted and how I wanted it cooked. I decided on the Outback Prime Rib and it came out perfect!!
Birthday dinner here tonight and our waiter, Tony, was awesome. His accent fitted right in with our family. Tony was prompt and food was also great. We all enjoyed our dinner and we will be back!
We had a 45 minute wait and was told we couldn’t wait inside so we had to sit in our car till we received a text. The waitress who took our drink order was either brand new or awkward as she insisted on sliding the bread plate under my wife’s arm she had resting on the table. When she came back to take the dinner order she made the comment to my wife who ordered chicken tenders that you come to a steakhouse and you order chicken? That was very weird! When the food did arrive, my Alice Springs chicken was just ok and my wife said hers was as well! There is obviously a staffing shortage here as they was telling people a 50 minute wait and a half dozen empty tables just in our area. Food was ok, but service was poor.
My wife and I went to get a steak at Outback and found out they serve a T-bone for Porterhouse steak our server Matt ask the manager to answer my questions she was so gracious I felt bad for asking but she took a few dollars off our bill and our server was the best of the best and the Manager was the top of the heap I can understand why this place is always packed the food was as fantastic as they were
