I expected to have to wait to be seated but we was seated as soon as we arrived! Everything I had was delicious. Latisha was one of the best server I've had at any restaurant. We didn't have to ask for anything because she took care of us so well. If I lived in the area I would definitely come back and ask to be seated at one of her table.
We went for dinner and everyone we encountered was excellent from the hostess to the manager. Our server was Maurice H and he was fabulous! He immediately came to greet us and brought the salad and breadsticks out promptly. Once he found out I loved salads, he brought one more out. We never had to ask him for anything which is rare nowadays. He was polite and efficient and then we found out he had only been there for two days! He seemed like he was there for years. As locals, next time we go here we are going to see if he is working because we definitely want to sit in his section again. We asked him to get his manager and we praised him and told him what a great job he did. I think Olive Garden found a gem to work for them.
Had the tour of Italy, it was very very good. The waitress really made us feel at home, by spending some time with us and sharing happiness ? of her life after we had shared our traveling experience with her. Was extremely happy and nice to us just like we were her own children, you will not find a more helpful waitress. I would give her a big #10 of all others i have met.
Our experience on April 24, 2022 with waitress Harley was exceptional and phenomenal. I've never had a waitress where you didn't have to ask for anything. For one person serving a big party of 17 or more, She was great. Because of my experience with Harley, I will dine in again in the future. She is someone who loves her job. She had a pleasant attitude and smiled the entire time. She needs to be rewarded. Thanks, Harley from The The Way Church Family!
This Olive Garden is across from Barefoot Landing and was fairly busy on a Wednesday night. Our server took the drink order and was very attentive with bringing us more salad and bread sticks. I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara which was fantastic and my wife enjoyed her meal also.
Had a great waitress her name is Ty friendly and very efficient. My food was very good I had chicken and shrimp carbonara. My wife had soup and salad special. Always good. Dessert was delicious. Great service,great food great evening.
Kara the waitress had incredible service. She was speedy and full of energy when helping our large group. The food came out surprisingly quick and everything was delicious. They even gave a bag to take some bread sticks home!
Had the bread sticks, salad and an appetizer. All were delicious! Also had the spiked strawberry lemonade. It was good, very tart. The waitress was awesome. Very friendly. Had no room for dessert but she gave us chocolate mints. Highly recommend this Olive Garden
Salad came first, appetizer arrived before we were finished our salad, entrees arrived before we finished the appetizer. This is not the only restaurant (but it's the latest we went to) that hurries you up...presumably to make room for the next seating. The previous restaurant we went to with similar serving habits shall remain nameless. (However the name starts with "C" and end in "arrabba's). There appears to be no such thing as a leisurely dinner any more. If not for feeling rushed, the rating would be 5 stars.
We arrived at 6:15 pm to meet another couple and we saw that the parking lot was pretty busy. I utilized the wait list where our wait would be 15 min. When we entered the restaurant, I approached the hostess desk where the young woman greeted me in a very hurried unfriendly manner. We were seated in 10 min and our friends arrived shortly thereafter. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. Our meals were nothing different than we've had at another Olive Garden - very good and priced reasonably.
