I frequent NY pizza kitchen quite often with my family to get lunch or dinner and I’d like to give praise to all of the servers but especially one named Bob. He’s been very welcoming every time we’ve had him and he’s also very hilarious. He had great knowledge of the area when we asked for directions. Planning on returning for sure!
I have come in here 3 times and the service is absolutely amazing, the people working are so friendly. I had a waiter named ky and he asked me about my day and even came back around several times to ask how everything was and if I wanted anything else. Although me and my friends only had a craving for garlic knots and French fries the waiter and the cooks were extremely nice and able to accommodate easily. I will definitely be coming back to New York pizza kitchen in the future as it is close by and the service was top tier.
Chicken Parmigiana was very good. Service was good as well. Pizza was pretty good too.
The pizza was mediocre. The crust on the pizza was good, sauce, ingredients not so much. Prices decent. The funnel cake was absolutely disgusting. The worst I’ve Ever had! Total rip-off. The wings were a little tuff. Fried mushrooms good. The Biggest problem was the lady working the front counter. Her nasty ssss sneezed and blew her nose and didn’t wash or sanitize her hands. We sat there and watched and waited for her to do so. When she grabbed plastic ware and napkins for carry outs that was it. I had to politely address to her what we witnessed. She actually had an attitude and replied all the food is in containers ?
I took 2 of my grandchildren here for lunch. We got the 2 slice pizza lunch deal which came with a drink for 7.50 and a footlong and fries for 8.95 plus one more drink for 2.50. Also placed a separate togo order for a cheeseburger and was charged 11.95 for that. I asked for separate tickets. When the bill come it was 43.58. (Because the waiter ran both orders together) I gave him my card and when he returned my total was 45.58. I asked why was it 2.00 more and he explained that it was because I used my card. (Nowhere does it say this in the restaurant). I leave with my grandchildren but as I'm walking away I notice that I was also charged almost 7.00 for gratuity!! I went back in to ask about it ( I also left a tip) and the waiter said that they add gratuity because they are short staff. He also informed me that the owner would not be back for me to speak with for a couple days. This waiter that took my order and brought my food....that's it! Nothing else! Made an 11.00 tip (because I left more tip not realizing the gratuity had been added)! Kinda explains why my togo order was not put on a separate ticket. The more the bill is, the bigger the gratuity is, right? So 2.00 added for using my card, 7.00 gratuity, oh and he charged me 2.50 for the drink that was suppose to come with the lunch special! In total I was cheated out of 11.50!! 2 greasy reheated pieces of pizza and a hot dog and ff. Totally not worth it to say the least!
Received the wrong pizza. They would not deliver the correct pizza but said Id get refund in 24 hours. Would have rather had the correct pizza. The pizza I received was good but cold.
Ordered Door Dash because my son loves the chicken strips. No clue how the cook or kitchen staff can box up 2 nicely cooked strips and 2 clearly burnt. Very disappointed.
Double check all orders. Ordered here twice. First time received a completely wrong order and second time only half of order was delivered while the other half was made incorrectly. Don't waste your time ordering delivery. If you want to try this place, I suggest you pickup yourself so you can double check every bag. Very disappointing ?

Husband and I went for a 30 min lunch break from work...2 large slice (speciality) and drink less than 10.00 great tasting and Crispy crust. highly recommend from a local! ❤?
