This experience was terrible. I have my children telling me to write how they treated us unfairly and it took us over an hour to get our food. We were the only people in the restaurant and put in an order. About 5 or more other groups of people came into the restaurant. They sat around in our area and was all served their food before us. When I spoke to the manager and his team there was a lack of concern and explanation that only satisfied his business. The food was so greasy and we had to ask for a discount. When only two dollars was taken off the meal it was an awful way to say sorry. Then the manager raised his voice and told my mother to teach me how to do math. We handled ourselves with respect and when shared our experience was treated with disrespect. At the beginning, of our visit, when we placed our order we were going to buy more food and give the server a good tip, until our poor service experience. Then the MANAGER of this business handled our concerns of poor service and greasy food with disregard. Do not eat here!!!
The atmosphere was not very pleasant (hip-hop music playing) and the menu was rather misleading. I ordered Calamari expecting to get calamari but it was fried, the menu made no mention of it. The food I did order did not taste very good (it was bland and needed seasoning). For being out of town I would have expected more from a place like this.
The waitress Emma was delightful! The food- at best- below average. But the worst part of our experience was as we were leaving we both said Good night to the manager/owner(?) and remarked how nice Emma had been to us. The manager/owner looked at us and did not acknowledge that we spoke to them. They heard us- they turned their heads to see who was speaking to them.
Second year in a row I’ve taken my girls here while on vacation and it hasn’t changed a bit and the food was once again excellent.
Yesterday was my 1st time attending Mr.Crab and I absolutely enjoyed it! I had so much fun and the food WAS GREAT. It was hot and great ? I tried mozzarella sticks etc.. and we had happy hour deals as well! It was not too expensive and we definitely will be back. The food was awesome and me and my family enjoyed it. The owner is very cool and the 2 girls that helped us were friendly with my daughter and she even enjoyed herself! ❤️ We will definitely be back…. ??? I had so much food leftover to take home because you get sooo much ?
The food is good. But the service sucks. I usually Order take out, but last night I decided to go dine in. They hardly have staff. I waited almost a hour for my food ..
I built my own combo and it was so delicious. I recommend getting the house sauce. And if you love spicy, like me, then get it medium. It's perfect. Only issue I have is the price is different every time I go. Not cheap but definitely worth it.
Had dinner here with my family tonight 03/16. We loved it! great food, flavors were on point. We loved our steam pots/bags. Also amazing service our waiter was so nice and made sure we were well taken care of it was a great dining experience.
Iv got to say.. WE WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! We love boils.. this was the worse 1 we ever had. We did a pick up order. Spent $60 for 2 of us. The boil was a decent size but tasted like they dumped the whole old bay bottle in it. We definitely prefer quality over quantity.. They didn't give us any tarter or any sauce for the shrimp like we asked for. We ordered hush puppies with honey butter. Got neither the hush puppies or honey butter. And the $3 tea was AWFUL! At least if your tea cost that much, make it worth having a cup! But no it tasted soured. So yes its a bar so if you wanna drink try them out. But if your sober doing a call in order, THINK TWICE. The only thing we did like was the cheesecake. I have been in this area for 20 years. And I finally tried them. What a waste of $60 ! Try Nick's New York Pub. Completely different food but we have ate there 3 times in the last 2 weeks since we found them & they have yet to disappoint us! & they have a good bar atmosphere & great service too!
The food was delicious and the service was top notch. Miss Jaquetta was best waitress we have ever had. I was surprised to find out this wasn’t her family own business. You would of thought she’s been there her whole life. We enjoyed so much we ate there 2 nights in a row. We will definitely be back the next time we are in S.C.
