Their ice creams are delicious. Located at a very nice location in North Myrtle Beach. However, parking is limited to around 15 vehicles.

Live in North Myrtle?Vacationing in North Myrtle?Passing through North Myrtle?Make it a point to stop-in and get yourself some ice cream! We were looking for a great place to grab dessert and I was able to find Melt! The place is small, the lines were along the sidewalk and the ice cream is amazing. There's a menu on the side walk, that someone could take a photo-of, they do taste-tests and the staff is super friendly. The scoops are very reasonable and the portions are not over-done.The only complaint that the kids had were the wooden spoons. ? If that’s the only thing they had to say…..I’d say it was a very successful visit!I can make a recommendation, but I think it’s best to go with what tastes great to you! I did make it a point to order something from their “homemade” selection as opposed to the pre-made Hershey ice cream that the have. Either way, you’ll enjoy it and if you’re ever back in the area, you’ll be back! ?

This is the best place in all of Myrtle! Worth making the trip out to this place because their ice cream is second to none. The staff are awesome, friendly, and move the line quickly. If you love coffee get a scoop of The Grind and a scoop of Goat (tastes like cheesecake) to bring out the coffee flavor of The Grind out even more. I will really miss this place and will definitely be coming back next time we go to Myrtle.

Melt lived up to the hype. Don't let the long line fool you. We saw the long line while driving to parking and almost decided not to wait. We made the wise choice because ice cream was delicious. The line moves really fast because they have multiple servers inside to take your order. We spent 5 minutes in the line and 4 minutes inside, that's it.Toasted coconut + Peach in a waffle bowl was really good combination. These flavors were not overly sweet.Kids loved double Oreo and brownie batter.Recommend to visit if you are in the North/ Myrtle beach area.P.S. There is Melt parking lot right behind the store. You don't need to park in any other parking lot if you are visiting only Melt in the area.

???Appropriately named Melt this place has some of the best ice cream at the beach. My favorite was the Play-Doh and bananas fosters ?

The place was packed that is why we went. We waited in line for over 15 minutes-- it was worth the wait for sure. The customer service model was exceptional. Each employee took one order and rotated so fast. Innovative way to run a ice cream shop. Great job to the family owned and homemade ice cream.

We all thought our ice cream was amazing! It was busy and the parking was difficult to navigate but worth it. Pack your patience and an appetite! Be adventurous in your ice cream selection. I got the bananas foster flavor and it was one of the best flavors I’ve ever had.

Our family of six went to Melt for some homemade ice cream. We were greeted promptly and each staff member was polite and eager to help. They had us all scooped up and out the door in less than 5 min and that included samples! Very impressed. The GOAT is a must try. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family that visit the area.

amazing! great service, great options, line went quick. The brownie batter was the BEST. actually tasted like brownie, not chocolate. The chocolate ice cream was handcrafted so it tasted like authentic chocolate! The honey lavender ice cream was very good if you have the taste for it. if it’s your kind of thing, it’s amazing. the biscoff was so good. Tasted like a vanilla caramel cookie. The only bad thing to say was about the lemon blueberry ice cream. the lemon was SUPER overpowering, and couldn’t really taste the blueberry at all. if you love strong lemon, get this! if not.. i suggest you don’t ? overall fantastic, and not a bad price at all!!

Melt is not your average ice cream parlor. It's next level. It's not THE BEST ice cream we have ever had, that distinction goes to Louisville Cream, of Louisville, Ky. Second on that list is Cream Bean in Durango, Colorado. Dear Lord, either of those places are worth a plane ticket to visit those towns if for nothing more than a scoop. Melt isn't far behind. I would say melt is in the top 5 of ice cream my wife and I have sampled. Without going into too much detail about each flavor we tried, just know that each one was a next level ice cream compared to a typical ice cream joint. This is hand dipped, artisan-level ice cream. I expect we will visit MELT every time we return to Myrtle Beach.
